We stopped off just for one night. After a long journey we arrived earlier than checkin time but it was no trouble at all and our rooms were ready.spotlessly clean, comfortable, relaxing and a lovely wee continental breakfast.

We were driving to Udine from Treviso & chose the Ambassador Palace as we wanted a nice hotel with safe parking. The cost is extra but it was worth it to know the hire car was safe! The location was excellent, easy enough to walk to the centre but far enough away to be nice & quiet. The rooms were...

Booked this hotel for us visiting Udine for a friend's wedding. The hotel is central but not so central that there is any late night noise. There was loads of parking on the street outside too. The room was cleaned everyday and was of a large size. The staff were all very welcoming and could not do enough for us....

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 5 days and 4 nights. The front desk staff is exceptionally kind and courteous. The hotel is clean. We had a double room, with 2 washrooms, which was spacious for 4 people. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. The servers were on had to ensure that you always had coffee...

Nice building (old palace), good room size, nice staff, not to far from center (although not exactly in the center), good WiFi, good breakfast. It has garage (about 14 euros/day), if reserved in advance. On the negative side: The breakfast area and the garage require going through some steps, which is not convenient if handicapped or carrying luggage.

Very good hotel, friendly, helpful and professional staff, excellent breakfast buffet. The breakfast hall is not accessible for wheelchairs so we had breakfast at the beautiful hotel restaurant's terrace viewing the park on the other side of the street. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed at so far.

Very good hotel in Udine. The rooms are nice, clean and quite good standard. The bar is cosy with an outdoor terrace. Location great just two hundred meters away from the city center. Parking is available below the hotel. Breakfast is okay, but not great.

I booked this hotel through booking.com. I had asked for a hotel in palmanova, Italy and this hotel came up as one of the options. When I noticed this hotel was 30 minutes north of my destination, I contacted the hotel and spoke with the manager luigi. He told me they had no control of the reservation, only booking.com. When...

Dear Sir, first of all it would be nice to know your name as you know mine. In any case your comment is clearly a revenge. Everything is real but you forgot to write that you choose a not refundable rate. In order to avoid this misunderstanding it would be enough to choose a flexible reservation rate and even better...

It is a well localized hotel. The staff is friendly The rooms are very comfortable, but a little bit noise. The breakfast is very good, fresh juices, eggs done as your desire. It is close to the railroad station, and if you have a light luggage is possible to walk.

We stayed for 3 nights on a city break. Easy hotel to find and signposted from main train station in Udine. We appreciated the umbrellas by the entrance which were much used in a stormy period of weather. Booking was excellent and we availed ourselves of the parking facility for which you have to pay extra. We had twin rooms...
