This is our second time staying here and it was even better than the first time. We were a group of 10 and we could not have felt more welcome. Our rooms were lovely, the bathrooms spacious and the views were incredible. Our breakfast was delicious and the service we received was exceptional. We will return for sure. Lovely hotel!

Not everything great is on Booking.com, case in point… We were accepted to the last room available for an acceptable rate. Terrace was amazing and so were the general views from up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Welcome drink, excellent breakfast. Comfortable, clean rooms.

Our Spring Break 2017 to Cinque Terre was made even more amazing by the accommodations at Hotel Villa Steno and the incredible duo of the owners (Matteo and Carla) and the very personable evening staff (Ana and Jenny). The hotel overlooks the entire village of Monterosso and most rooms have a great view and select rooms have walk out terraces...

The location is perfectt and the staff (Mateo, Carla and Ana) are incredibly helpful and kind. They also speak perfect English which is a plus. They are the ones that help give this diamond its ambiance. The hotel itself is set up higher than the town giving wonderful views from several of the rooms they offer. When you sit on...

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Great service. Wonderful breakfast. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very close to the hiking trail that links the 5 villages. Near the train station and ferry.

This is truly one of the best small independent hotels we have ever stayed at. My wife is a flight attendant and I travel 250 nights a year for work and pleasure. Together we've seen a lot of hotels and are very picky. This property and the staff are at the top of their game for a simple small hotel....

Matteo and his family were wonderful and we felt so at home here. There are stairs or a road to take to get to the hotel which is on a bit of a hill OR taxis are very plentiful. We found a short cut through the garden and it was fine. Great, clean rooms with beautiful patio with INCREDIBLE view...

Fabulous place to stay at from the most amazing welcoming team that run the place to immaculate rooms. stunning views from all of our windows. Our room also included a great outdoor space to sit with a afternoon drink and meet the neighbours. I think that Monterosso was our favourite town to stay at also.

We stayed in a family suite. Our room was clean and comfortable. The view was stunning. The children were thrilled with the orange and lemon trees in our room's terrace garden. This hotel was very accommodating and family friendly. My wife does not eat eggs, and so did not have the cake in the breakfast buffet. Upon hearing this, Carla...

My friend and I were due to travel to Cinque Terre this week but for several reasons could not make it there. We contacted the hotel to cancel and they were incredibly kind and gracious. They cancelled our reservation with no change and told us that they hoped to see us another time. Incredibly gracious! We will definitely visit this...
