The rooms are spotless and well maintained. They are compact but enough room for luggage and sitting. Ask for room without bidet to increase bathroom space. The lounge in the lobby is a great gathering place on a rainy day or for gathering all your group members before heading out to explore. There are also three nice patio areas which...

Nice hotel with decent sized rooms that are cleaned everyday. Good breakfast. The only negative is that the bed was too hard for me. Access from the station takes about 10 minutes with a level walk. Good WiFi speed but only on the ground floor andterrace.

Located close to train station and was very easy to walk to hotel. After visiting the other villages it was obvious that this was a plus b/c you didn't have to lug your luggaged up and down hills & steps. Located in "new part" of monterosso. "Old part" is just around the corner. Easy to get to dock and take...

This hotel could have been better. The location was okay but now that I've been I would probably try and stay on the other side of the bridge. Wifi available but not in the rooms only in the lobby which was annoying. Rooms very very small! There was a huge storm one night and the balcony doors did not keep...

This trip could have been a complete disaster as my wife sprained her ankle. But the hotel staff was very helpful and always provided ice and advice on doctors and pharmacies etc. The location could not be much better, less than 2 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the train station. It is a small village so...

Perfect location in the cinque terre's busiest and beachiest town. Rooms were very, very tiny. We had a double bed and there was just enough room to walk around the edge. No a/c but it was only a problem during the day. Our room was on a very large shared balcony on the back side of the hotel, so not...

We enjoyed a lovely week at this hotel. The staff were constantly helpful, full of local information and always up for a chat. Signora Giovanna, the manager, is an absolute delight and very helpful. The local beach is delightful and within easy walking distance. Breakfasts generous and delicious. Fresh fruit every day and a choice of pastries and breads. Rooms...

This hotel is staffed by very friendly people. The hotel is located a short walk from the train station and beach making it a perfect location. If you want to be in the old town that's in the opposite direction. The rooms are quite small and the shower the smallest I've been in so much so that my elbow kept...

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the outdoor terrace provided a quiet spot to begin or end our days.. The staff spoke English well, were friendly and helpful. Its best feature was its location: a flat, short walk from the train or ferry station which was much appreciated at the end of the day. Being so close to the beach...
