Be prepared to climb some steps, and the private bath might be outside your room. There is no staff on the premises like a hotel. But the room is large enough, clean, comfortable, and quiet with the exception of passing trains, which was not disturbing to us. Ours had a view of the main street and a clothesline outside the...

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling solo. Located close to the train station but still relatively quiet, it was quiet, comfortable, and stayed cool (I didn't need the AC). It could get a little loud when the other guests needed to use their hallway bathroom, but other than that, it was a very comfortable and...

Beautiful rooms and great service by Eva and her mother. Excellent communication leading up to our stay. We arrived and were greeted immediatly. Vernazza is by far our favourite town in cinque Terre. For a cheap meal purchase cold meat, cheese and wine from the local supermarket and sit on the rocks. Ice cream for dessert on the way home...

We stayed in room #2 (with the en suite bathroom and view of Via Roma). We had a large bed, a bathroom and shower, a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, and a small table with coffee and tea. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was wonderful! We arrived in Vernazza without our luggage, and Lilla from...

We were in Italy for 3 weeks and this was the best part of our trip. We stayed for 3 nights and had our own bathroom, comfortable bed, very convenient to the train station and places to eat! This is a great place and we will be back!

Angelo met me just outside Eva's Rooms on Vernazza's main street (via Roma). He carried my bag up some 27 fairly steep steps. Finally, arrived at room 1, very spacious & well decorated, includes small frig & coffee set up. Bath is in the hall, but private for this room only. Room has large window with view of the main...

We stayed in room #3 which has the advantage of its own en suite bathroom. The room is absolutely tiny. You can barely walk around the bed and my husband kept banging his head on the low ceiling. No place to put bags etc..Other than this, it was Ok. Clean room and bathroom. You literally come off the station and...

My wife and I stayed here in the spring of 2008 and had a wonderful time. Vernazza is such a beautiful city and we truly enjoyed our stay. True, the rooms aren't too far from the train station, but then again nothing is too far from the train station in Vernazza. I'd say that they are maybe 1/3 of the...

My 10 year old son and I stayed at Eva's Rooms in Vernazza in July. Whilst we absolutely loved Vernazza we were VERY disappointed with our accommodation. Firstly , the positives, the air-conditioning in our room worked efficiently, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But, sadly that's about all I can say that was good about Eva's...
