Great location meters from Principe Station. 15 minutes walk to the port and centre. All of the staff were helpful and charming. This is a traditional hotel, not super modern, but the rooms are comfortable and on the few occasions we needed something (eg a corksrew) the response was almost instantaneous. Highly recommended.

Stayed for just over a week - the hotel has friendly staff, is very clean and the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Highly recommend it. Great value. Perfect location, right across the street from Piazza Principe station.

hotel has good location , clean and has its own charm . Vibe are poor, rooms smaller than you ever expected in a 5 star hotel, quality of sleep poor as we kept hearing and feeling the trains in and out the station . Staff are not welcoming at all . poor stay in general.

Excelent location, close to "Principe" the main railway station and at a walking distance to historic center. A stylish, confortable and pleasant hotel.Staff is nice and polite.Special thanks to Sorina (breakfast restaurant) and Mimosa. Room nr.314 is the smallest room. Not bad but try to avoid it:)

There was a warm and professional welcome and we were happy to eat in the hotel too (not something we would normally do; review elsewhere on Tripadvisor). A big comfortable lounge bar/reception area and an excellent Campari/orange (fresh) - even...

Stayed for two nights with a friend. Had booked a room at Continental so it was a bit confusing at first, to be directed to another hotel, but I am quite sure we were better off at Grand Hotel Savoia. Not sure what the deal is since even today rooms are sold for Continental which is closed at the moment?...

One of the best hotels in Genoa. Conveniently sitated next to the main railway station and within walking distance from the old city center and port. Nicely and traditionally furnished. The south looking rooms offer nice views over the city, but are a bit noicy. Chose upper floors.

Starting with positive things, the breakfast is very good and the personal there very nice. I chose the hotel because of good comments and rating, but our experience was way under expectations. I asked a room with city view in higher floor ,if possible. Arriving to the hotel we were told about upgrade to junior suite. The oldfashion room was...

The hotel is well managed, just in front of one of the two main railway stations (ie: no taxi needed). Service very polite, sometimes a bit untrained , but nice. Breakfast really outstanding. Restaurant expensive. Rooms clean .
