Stayed one night in this little hotel. Hotel is located right in front of train station, has its own parking, however they charge a fee per night. Good hotel with clean rooms, bathroom furnished with a shower is a bit small, very neat and tidy. Tasty breakfast

We read many reviews when looking for 2 hotels for our recent stop over in Genoa both before and after our cruise. We chose the Continental and was not disappointed. On our arrival it was busy and even though the Receptionist was on her own she was not flustered and her smile was wide and welcoming. Yes, the Reception area...

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Continental. It is located right by the major train station in Genoa (Genoa Principe), which makes it easy to take the metro, local, national, and international trains. Contrary to some reviews, the area is not seedy and safe to walk around without any problem. There are several restaurants and stores at which...

Very convenient for the railway station. The room was very comfortable. Sadly we couldn't eat breakfast because FS was on strike and so we had to catch an earlier train than originally planned !! We will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time we are in Genoa !!

Stayed here in late Oct for a couple of nights. This is the sister hotel to the Grand Savoia and the two are connected. I spent 10 days at the Grand Savoia in June and it's a preferred hotel for a longer stay no question. The best thing about the hotel is how clean it is, outstanding in that matter....

I spent hours reviewing hotels and private apartments online to find the perfect mix of central location, old world charm, and price. The hotel continental matched my wish list ! It is historic, clean and comfortable, not a luxury property, but still full service. The price and location cannot be beat, either, as it is a short walk to the...

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel itself is a tad tired looking but I personally liked the fact it looked a bit dated. The room was slightly eccentric, it was large and clean, I found it a bit odd we had chair cushions for actual cushions on the sofa. That said the hotel is a really good location,...

Very nice and spacious hotel with excellent bathrooms. Shares restaurant with upscale Savoia hotel. Literally 2 minutes from the train station, this is an excellent hotel with efficient and helpful staff. Big old style rooms with modern bathrooms. Easy 10 minute walk down to port or 5 minutes to shopping and walking distance to all historic sites. Buses to everywhere...

The hotel is located very close to the train station and offers valet parking. Room is very spacious with the largest bathroom we had during our trip to Italy. Hotel features an old style elevator that works just fine. Restaurants close by and within walking distance of the harbor area for site seeing. Only used the breakfast once and it...

Hotel Continental is literally a few steps from the train central station of Genova, you can walk over even with a heavy suitcase. The hotel is quaint, with art nouveau style furniture and an old lift. The rooms are comfortable and clean, good bed, small but functional bath room. The breakfast is adequate, although as usual in Italy a few...
