This is not a big fancy hotel but rather a small family motel. The rooms are ok compared to the price, location is good you can walk to all amenities (the town is small anyhow). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room floor was clean however the bedsheet laundry is at a poor standard you could feel the...

The place is well located. Nice staff and breakfast. Rooms and facilities are horrendous. The room was smelly (fish) and very noisy! You can literally hear everything from the other rooms. A disastrous hotel! Try to avoid it!!!!! Really avoid it!

Base for Cinque Terra. Not a wise choice in choosing this hotel as your base. The idea itself isn't a bad one, however, we recommend spending a little extra to stay in a Cinque Terra town. You won't want to leave Cinque Terra, especially after dark, to return to La Spezia. Too far from the train station. You'll have to...

We stayed here as a base for visiting Cinque Terre. The hotel is in an excellent location- right across from the train station and also close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room was quite basic but exactly what we needed and perfect for backpackers and travelers looking for a cheaper option. It was very hot in the room...

We booked this hotel as our home base while visitng Cinque Terre by train. This hotel was booked as nothing else in its price category was available that weekend. The pros are: cheap price (less than 40 EUR per person), friendly reception staff, sufficient breakfast, and ok rooms. There are two main reasons for not reccomending this hotel: 1. The...

Our room was really old, walls was ugly and thin. No wifi. Noise from other room. But when we went through the hall, we saw also nice bright room. So it depends what you get. We had last room in the first floor and this one was terrible. Location close to bus stop, kind staff, free parking in front of...

We stayed in this hotel last night en route to Genoa and all i can say is stay away! It was dirty, noisy, had no wifi, the bed had the springs coming out, the air con did not work, the breakfast was very basic, the coffee was disgusting and the staff member in the morning was far too busy worrying...

We stayed here for 3 nights as a base for cinque terre. Was clean and decent. Breakfast was simple but filled you up. The coffee and chocolate filled croissants were good. Close to the port, train station and restaurants and cafe area. Staff were very friendly and always pleasant.

Bare bones accommodations. No AC, no Internet. Some mold in shower. Had to pay cash at checkout because credit card machine wouldn't work. Out of main tourist area but walking distance to port. OK for back packets. Wouldn't suggest for families.

We chose La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre, and the hotel is located not far from the city centre of La Spezia. Staff was very helpful, the room had a small terrace, and breakfast had everything you expect in Italy.
