I had a room with a balcony, that was nice, gave the option of get out in the evening and morning. But no good view, just look over the roads and it's not possible to see the water.. I would rather call it a bed and breakfast then an hotel. The rooms are clean and nice, but there are not... More

We stayed here for a night on our way back from Cinque Terre. It's located a short cab ride away from the train station near the port, where there is a pretty stroll. The room was simple with the bath down the hall, which was exquisitely clean, a nice feature when you're sharing. Our room had a very functional air... More

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room and good breakfast. Locations is a little out of the way if you plan on walking to and from the train station. A little on the noisy side if you're a light sleeper (street traffic, other guests arriving back late, waste water pumps from adjoining rooms). Was quite a overpriced for what it is.

This hotel is very far from La Spezia train station. It's about a 20 minute walk if you're walking fast. There is not much around it either. Have to walk back toward the train station to find a restaurant or bar. The room was clean with air conditioning. We had a shower in our room and a sink but no... More

We stayed in the 4-6 person apartment in an annex of the hotel. It was a typical Italian flat (it is actually in an apartment building) and had nothing hotel-y about the place apart from the cleanliness. Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable especially for the cheap price we paid for the room. Only negative was the lack of air... More

Clean hotel, although noisy outside when the windows were open. Wifi connection was average, breakfast very poor. There was only package briocche, cereal, yoghurts and bread. Very poor selection. Not many restaurants nearby and a €10 taxi from the main train station. You would be better staying in Levanto (northern end of cinque terre).

The hotel is far away from the train station, with a busy road in front. The staff hardly speaks English and you have to look for them everywhere. None of the services offered on their webpage has been proposed to us (maybe because of a lack of language skills and very young staff). Room was clean, but not enough space... More

It was a little away from the train station, but it wasn't an expensive cab ride and they provided bus vouchers that helped getting back to the station for our day trip to Cinque Terre. Their breakfast was "traditional Italian" which is more bread, pastries, and cereal, than anything else. Their room was a good size and clean. And there... More

We thought this hotel was a good value for the money. We opted for a shared bathroom, which was never a problem. The breakfast was great. There was air conditioning and free internet with a computer provided in a room across the hall. The only downside was that we arrived at the train station at 9:00 p.m. and did not... More
