The food is versatile, finely cooked and wishes are readily realized. The cars are handled carefully. The only criticism: 50 € per day for a garage space is too expensive!






The location is breathtaking: a well-kept garden overlooking the sea from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Santa Margherita and from which you can admire dreamy sunsets!
The cuisine is sublime: from the aperitif full of tantalizing delicacies served in abundance, to the main dishes, refined, tasty .. mouth-watering!
The organization was taken care of in every detail by the fantastic Mrs. Luigina (LulĂą) who thought of everything!! In a precise and discreet way he directed every step of the event advising us at best, making us feel completely at ease and making us live a wonderful experience!
Despite changes of plan, even at the last minute, everything went smoothly under his direction!
The staff was incredible, never a wait, never an empty plate at the aperitif or an empty bottle at the tables .. all attentive but without creating feelings of intrusiveness or pressure .. and just as important .. all very nice and kind, always with a smile on your face!
Last mention to Mrs. Ciana who was from the first moment available to answer every question, to satisfy our every need and very kind to give us a second entrance to the beach to ensure that this daydream does not end!
I conclude by saying that the value for money is absolutely unparalleled!!

Sure, the location is great and it is probably a charming hotel if you got the right room, but for us it was a total rip-off for what we got. We will be back in Santa Margherita for the OndaClassica, but never again in this hotel!
the room reserved was in an annex of the hotel which was not specified when booking.
the cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. On the balcony an ashtray with paper not emptied during the 3 days, nor a sticky stain (alcohol?) under the balcony table.
the most critical point is reception. Staff, particularly at reception and parking, are unfriendly and unfriendly. At breakfast, while we expect to spend a moment of calm relaxation, we have to deal with the room manager who spends her time yelling throughout the dining room.
I won't end up with a scandalous point. I booked a double room for 3 nights with breakfast. my friend having been retained for his work only joined me for one night. Don't worry, these are the hazards of life. However, on Sunday evening when friends came to join me for dinner in town, we asked the parking attendant if we could leave the car for a few hours; which he accepted. We naturally left him a tip. the next day when I got home and checked my bill, I realized that these dishonest people charged me €35 for 3 hours. This was never specified by the guard, and knowing that the price of parking for 24 hours is indicated at €25.
so for me it's over. Even if the hotel is pretty and very well maintained, there are plenty of others around that are much more welcoming and less mean-spirited.

The seafront room is small but very beautiful. In 5 minutes on foot you are on the seafront and therefore a few steps from bars, restaurants and shops.
The negative point where I was very mortified was entering the hotel after a stroll in the afternoon, taking a tour of the garden and then hearing the bald gentleman at the reception ask me what room we had, with a manner as if it seemed strange to him that I could afford it. a room in that hotel as it was dressed very comfortably (I'm pregnant) and not elegant like many other customers, I found it a great humiliation!
Furthermore they made a bit of a mess with the booking because they had only marked two nights and not 3, so we were called to the room asking if we were ready to leave the room and they deactivated the key by mistake the day before and at the time of payment they were billing us €70 more for the car which had only stayed in the hotel for 1 night and not 3 as they had written (so €35)
A bit of a mess and we expected at least a "sorry" or something... but oh well. Worth it for the location and the view!




Nothing beats an alte at the continental hotel which is well placed for visiting on foot and value for money these days in a good location. The breakfast overlooking the harbor with a continental buffet or on request as an extra is of good quality and plentiful.
A fitness room is also available and an additional spa is available upon reservation. The spa looks good but we haven't tried it.
On the other hand, the fitness, sea view is very nice.
I highly recommend this hotel.


Hotel seems to be especially popular with package travelers and car trips. The audience is accordingly.
Staff at reception annoyed and impersonal. I expect more if I pay over 500 euros for a room.
Location and garden top. But that's all.
