Nice typical hotel with a lot of cachet, in the cobblestone main street of the Old City of Bergamo. Comfortable and cosy. They provided us with a statement so we could park straight in the city center.

Top rank price for an average room without a vieuw and even without airco. Hot water is not really hot. Location is perfect, but that does not compensate the rest. Parking your car is a challenge, be it free if you would happen too find one of the few available places. Poor internet.

Spent two nights at Bergamo's Hotel Agnello d'Oro on a business trip. The hotel is located in middle of the old town, so it is perfect for sight seeing and night walks through the alleys and piazzas. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, but small and very old fashioned. Breakfast was good, the usual...

Solo travelers are placed into their smaller rooms (makes sense) but all smaller rooms are in the front of the hotel, facing the street, directly across from a bar. The insulation in this charming old hotel is nonexistent and from my room I could hear normal conversations (even though I was on the third floor) let alone the drunker conversations...

I believe a usefull review takes into account the objectives of the writer. When I visit Places, I want to see and experience how it is to be in that place, and be able to do some of the things, that the locals do. Now Bergamo fully met my expectations of being pittoresque and cosy - sort of North-Italian like...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The location is right in the center of Bergamo (Città alta), which was perfect for us as we mainly walked. All the personnel we came in contact with were very professional and lovely ladies. Our rooms were spotless and quite comfortable. We got both rooms facing the church next to the hotel,...

The welcome and overall care from staff is 10/10. I was made feel so welcome.Warm comfortable hotel. Spotless clean bedroom with new firm bed which is great when you have a dodgy back! Little balcony in my room overlooked the square. A little noisy at times from the bar across the street but thats the buzz of Italy , I...

I feel a little bit mean only giving this hotel a 3 rating, so let's start with the positive stuff. This atmospheric old hotel is situated in the heart of Bergamo's Citta Alta. The location is excellent, just off the main shopping street leading up to the Piazza Vecchia. The staff are very friendly, and were helpful with taxis and...

This is not a palatial hotel, but it has a huge amount of character and is wonderfully located in the heart of the old town. The people were friendly, car parking was complicated but achieved (the hotel has resident car parking vouchers, but finding a space was not simple) and old Bergamo itself was a delight. The room was spartan...

A two star hotel struggling hard to be one star. Rooms are tired and small as is the hotel generally. My bathroom had a tiny bath with a shower attachment with nowhere to hang towels after use so that they could dry. Saving grace is the excellent location in the old town and it looks nice at night from the...
