A very friendly, very clean, family run hotel. Our room was a lovely size for 2 adults and 1 child.
Reception was really helpful with ferry times and local beaches etc.
There’s no bar or restaurant for dinner. Reception has a few seats.
The hotel has a dog and cat. They’re no bother if you’re not animal lovers.
Only stay in this hotel if you are happy with a 20 min walk downhill to the ferry at Bellagio (uphill return). It’s not 10 mins as other reviews suggest. The price reflects the distance.
There’s a tourist train, half hourly that can drop you back, but you’ll need to tel them.
Bellagio is a well priced town. Not expensive like London. We were pleasantly surprised to pay approx €15 for a main meal and €9 for g and t.
Highly recommended of you’re a walker and don’t have a car.

Perfectly fine accommodation about a 15 minute walk from the main part of Bellagio. This is an old style place but very clean and has what you require including parking available for guests. There is also a very good breakfast served downstairs with plenty of food. The reception area is quite cute - we reckoned the nana's and pop's who used to run the hotel originally hang out and relax whilst the children (obviously old enough) to run the hotel. Friendly and happy to offer advice. The room we had was smallish especially the bathroom and tiny shower however it still served its purpose. What was the highlight of the room was a large decent sized balcony off the room which was fantastic. Great place to stay and thank you for the hospitality.

It is a family and simple hotel.
Old decoration like the room.
Low pillows, non-fitted sheets, heavy blankets.
The dog playing at the reception, like at home.
Very clean hotel with a nice balcony.
Very good breakfast.
The Hotel is located 1 km from the downtown area and the bus runs sporadically, so you have to walk there and back if you are not by car.

The most uncomfortable bed and the worst pillows.
I had a terrible nights sleep, I considered sleeping on the floor.
I was a solo traveller and I got a small room. It was very clean and had a view of the lake. Tea and coffee facilities, very small safe, fridge.
Nice shower. Toiletries ok but not great quality.
You can hear so much noise from the other rooms.
Breakfast ok, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses and pastries.
Nice breakfast room. It’s a good walk from the town.
Nice staff and a nice welcome.

Stayed at this lovely family run hotel because of free parking for our vehicle but was not
disappointed. Stayed on the 2nd floor with lovely views of the countryside, rooms were clean
& modern, with extensive buffet breakfast included. It was a 15minute walk into town centre
of Bellagio for dining & shopping. Our favourite pizza restaurant was Carillon situated down
near the waters edge. Highly recommend an all day ferry pass (A$15ea) to explore the 5
villages on Lake Como.

I've stayed in this hotel at least 30 times and each time I've stayed there it's been great.the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and modern, the price is extremely cheap for Bellagio. The car park is a good size and breakfast is good. Discount available for food in the sporting club which offers great low cost Italian food.

The hotel is unpretentious and straightforward. Checking in was easy and the staff were able to communicate in English. Emails sent to the hotel before we arrived were answered.

Car parking was plentiful, and the hotel is relatively well located...it is a fifteen to twenty minute walk into the centre of Bellagio. The room was clean and well appointed and while the shower was small even by European standards, the bathroom was well appointed.

We checked out early and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Overall, a good value stay in a delightful part of the World!

Nice hotel, clean and tidy, nice room with balcony overlooking great scenery. Good continental breakfast and ample car parking.
Only little thing would be the 20min uphill walk from the lakeside. Otherwise great and good value for money

this is my second stay at this hotel, first time was about 6 years ago and I was as excited about this place now as I was before.
the family run hotel is about 15 minutes walk from center but there a lovely walk.
the place is very clean and I had a big enough room with comfortable bad and a terrace facing the road, with partial view towards the lake. it can get noisy due to cars traffic but for me it was acceptable.
breakfast has enough choices for everybody, cheese and salami, boiled eggs, fruits, cereals.
the price for Bellagio and for what you receive as guest is very ok,
