This is my second time staying at Serenella and it did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly hard-working and always friendly. We actually had dinner at Serenella all of the nights we were staying there and each night it got even better, which we did not think was possible! The raw fish trio, scallops, gnocchi and ravioli were really amazing. Filippo, the owner of the hotel, has a great eye for detail and makes sure you are always comfortable. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the location is great. I already can’t wait for the next time we come to visit!!

We have been going to Serenella for years now. The food at the Restaurant is out of this world!! The best place to enjoy Italian Food! The rooms are quiet and the beds are super comfortable! We also had a perfect little balcony, where we sat in the morning and evenings. The people working there are extremely nice and real professionals! When you visit you can stroll down to the lake and have an equally amazing lunch at Vista Aqua (by the same owners) We stayed for three nights and ate for three nights in a row at Serenella, being surprised every evening by the brilliant food. Already looking forward to our next stay here, as we will definitely return here as soon as possible! Thanks again Filippo! 11/10

I love Serenella restaurant mood! Filippo the owner immediately welcome you with typical best Italian way! The menú is at one michelin star level but the price is around €35/45, great deal! The location is very close to Feriolo's long lake walking.

Close to the lake 5 min. walk and not far away from small cozy italien cities. we can also highly recommend to have diner at the restaurant, delicious antipasti buffet followed by the best steak i have had for years.

wanted a quite break before grand parents duty's started for school holidays just what the doctor ordered Emailed hotel about getting to hotel from airport got a really lovely and helpful email back form Simone Facchinello giving us advice on transfers she sent us information on airport bus which you can book before you fly out it stops right out side hotel door and picks you back up at same place. Nice rooms very clean lovely staff very helpful lovely part of the lakes.Wanted to do a local walk which we had read about Spoke to Simone one morning about it she gave us all the information we needed and the best way to go from the hotel the information was better than the tourist board. We had a really nice meal in the hotel restaurant one night and a nice bottle of wine as i have a nut problem they checked every thing that was on the menu it made the meal would go back again

We had a great stay here. The rooms are very new and clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very good, even the eggs which is not easy to find at a hotel breakfast! There’s also really beautiful running paths nearby with lots of possibilities. Can be noisy with the windows open, right on a main road. If they’re closed though it’s fine and they have AC!

Smalle hotel on a busy road. Own parking, clean rooms with airco. No real lounge but with the lake around the corner that is not an issue! Breakfast included which is one with enough choice. We stayed here 4 nights and didn't regret that! Very friendly staff giving excellent service.

Stayed there with two children. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. the hotel is next to the main road but the noise was not really disturbing. There is a small grocery across the road and many restaurants around. It is a five minutes drive to the dock from where the boats go to the islands.

This small and cozy hotel. Nice team and doing everything feel cozy. Breakfast tasty and satisfying. Rooms a little small but extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to Lake Maggiore and can serve as a good base for travelers in this region and in the lakes of Como and Orta. In place (50 m) is a mini-market where you can purchase a variety of products. The hotel management locks the exit from the stairs to the entrance from 23:00 -8: 00 am and to enter or exit from well above to search for the exit door in place relative to alternative hidden behind the hotel. The hotel has no elevator and who comes with suitcases to lug them up the narrow stairs to the floors of the rooms.
