Amazing. Our room was out the front. A classic older world charm building. So close to town. I would stay there again and again. Old world charm lounge area, could sit and read my book for ages, watching the world go by.

My husband and I, together our family stayed at the Regina Palace over Passover and we have nothing but praise. Barbara, the Manager organised a nightly babysitter for my daughter's three boys and it worked a treat. Our head waiter, Vincenzo (spelling?) was superb. He and his assistant looked after us beyond the call of duty and the waiter who...

This hotel has clearly seen better days. Carpets and drapes fraying. Worn out bed linens. And unappealing areas of our room with dead insects on window sills and stuck in cob webs on ceiling. We had a small room so I guess room size depends on which you get. Shower was tiny. I am thin and could barely turn around...

We were at Regina Palace in Stresa for 10 days with the Galitzky Team for Passover. The hotel is excellent- the staff superb. The entire trip was the best of the best. The staff couldn't do enough for you including outstanding service. The food was European service and very elegant. The rooms are very comfortable - if you can request...

We had just one night here. The place is so old fashioned with anything that could be gilded was over the top. The pool was closed for service but it was too cold as we visited in March. The room was quite large and the bed comfortable.

Just in front of the "Lake Maggiore", the hotel has beautiful grounds and rooms. The rooms are big and clean, with all the needed amenities. From the balcony you have a splendide view to the lake. The small port to go to Isola Bela is very close to the hotel. Recommended.

Excellent location to recover from a trip to Italy and less than an hour from the Milan airport! The is no stress in Strssa! The rooms were well maintained. Having drinks on the veranda in the evening was very relaxing, especially when they were playing piano. The pool area is also nice.

We stayed at the Regina for 3 days with a group taking in Lake Maggiore. The Regina is definitely a grand hotel, splendid decor all around and the perfect location. The rooms are aging and the front desk service was pretty terrible, but what's the worry of service when you are on vacation in such a lovely setting. If you...

We stayed at this well maintained hotel for 4 days and enjoyed every minute of it. It is elegant yet relaxed. They have a friendly helpful staff. We particularly enjoyed breakfast and evenings on the patios to enjoy the beautiful view. After spending time in Rome and Florence the peaceful quiet was the perfect way to wind down our trip.

Regina Palace is a modern hotel with great historic furnishings that are delightful and remind you of the great hotels of the past which is wonderful and historic bring back the days of upscale lodging that is not degraded by making the pubic places almost empty with no design elements from historic era. the rooms are very nice, all with balconies...
