The rooms were comfortable and available from 1200. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was very good and the host was on hand to give great tips for excursions.

Federico (the owner) immediately showed himself to be very kind and helpful. The rooms are well furnished and very clean and soundproofed with the renovated bathroom. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Close to the center, where thanks to Federico's suggestions we ate well with good value for money. We spent a very pleasant weekend in this beautiful town with its 3 enchanting and evocative islands. Full marks!

Minus: Bad smell in the room do not have internet on the 3 floor. Cooler than hot water when showering. Very small for 3 people.
Neutral: very simple very simple! Poorly completed expectation.
I had read the reviews and thought for a minute I was at the wrong place this place is not even a one star it smells like mold, the pillows smelled of sweat and the owner was "freaky weird". By that I mean, he seemed a little sneaky, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I should have known when i walked in the front lobby which was littered with items that were many years old like magazines and newspaper. Wonder who gave him all those great reviews...
"Many of the rooms have little balconies. Our room was spacious with lovely furniture with afternoon sun on the balcony."Read full review
"All rooms appear to be good, but we had 315, top floor, partial view of the mountains and the lake."Read full review
