Poor condition, bed bugs, mold. This place is unhealthy and should not have people stay there. We knew from reading the reviews this place was poor but our tour still booked us there. We had alerted them but they did not listen. We have to stay a night but many of the group have left and booked another hotel. The toilet in our room is running constantly and there is not door on the shower. The sink tap feels like it will break when you turn it on. Terrible.

The hotel is old and there is an unbearable smell in the room. And the duche has trouble working. And there is a lot of noise from the motorway next door. Do not go in this hotel. It not a good place. L hôtel est vieillissant et il y a une odeur insoportable dans la chambre. Et le duche a du ñal a fonctionner. Et il y a du bruit avec l autoroute juste a côté. Sejour mediocre

**READ THE REVIEWS! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. BETTER TO SLEEP IN A CAR.** We arrived at the hotel and had paid for it in advance. The guy in the reception wanted to bill us 28€ extra disguising it as tax. We were alert and avoided this extra payment. The room was messy. Dust everywhere. The towels were dirty, no toilet paper. The temperature of the room in March (10 degrees outside) was 28 degrees! The bathroom heater was fully on and no air conditioner. We went to the reception and complained. They told us they’re going to fix it. We came back 6hours later and nothing had been done. Next morning we complained AGAIN and went pff for the day. In the evening we came back and NOTHING changed. We went to the reception for the THRID time and they told us that they cannot do anything. They said they will send a guy to fix it. The guy who came did bring a vacuum but DIDNT do anything. WE HAD TO VACUUM OUR OWN ROOM. Then he pulled an electric switch while the bathroom heater is not electric but water based. We told all this to the reception and all they could do was offer us a new room. It was 11 a clock and we were tired so we just slept the last night and took off. NEVER GO HERE.

Horrible service! In the room everything is broken, no hangers for clothes, no remote control for tv, the phone is broken, they promised to fix everything, but no one came, the safe is closed and we can't use it, the tap is leaking, the door is broken. The good thing is that they have a shuttle service, with their car you can get to the closest metro station for free in 15 min. In addition we got sick because of the abnormal temperature in the room, it was 30°С, the window must have been open the whole time and it still wasn't enough, when we asked to turn the heating off, no one did anything! Also they were lying in the room descriptions when we were choosing the hotel. There is no air conditioning, no soundproofing rooms, NO WARDROBE, no bidet, no minibar. I was waiting for my coffee at the bar for one hour and no one came.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left much to be desired. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with mold in the shower cabin and a missing side door, a broken toilet seat, cracked glass on the bathroom door, and a phone in the room with damaged keys. The TV offered only Italian channels, and the remote control had seen better days, missing its battery cover, and with faded buttons that made it challenging to navigate. The pervasive smell of cigarettes added to the overall unpleasant experience. In summary, the hotel appeared poorly maintained. One positive note was that, without my complaint, the hotel addressed some issues on the second day by installing a new part for the shower door and replacing the toilet seat. By Croatian standards, this hotel would struggle to attain even a two-star rating.

Absolute nightmare! The minibar consisted of 2 bottles of water! I got a room on ground floor which was very humid, the AC randomly stopped working and when I approached reception staff about it they suggested I open a window as AC is disabled now for winter! There was at least 35 C to the point my chocolates melted down from the heat! Gladly when I opened the window it was quite better, but being on ground floor meaning I cannot sleep with opened window as someone might’ve broke in! I was glad I had my whole stay booked out for exploring and doing many activities. Paint coming away from the way, vending machines not working as unable to make payments other than the app that’s not working, shower that’s leaking everywhere leaving bathroom floor flooded after each use. Random stains on the carpet, random noises coming from everywhere, no lightbulbs in the lamps. And the area…for myself who didn’t have a car getting into the city was a pure nightmare especially on a Sunday! To get to city centre you need to get 1 bus and 2 metros! If it’s a Sunday you need to walk 20min to the nearest bus stop, the area is shady and not safe. I tried to stay in the hotel after dark and I advise the especially if you’re there on your own. No kettle in the room so even unable to make a cup of coffee in the morning…not sure who gave the hotel 4 stars but it must’ve been maaaaany years ago. Reception staff was rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all cost!

The hotel is worn and in need of maintenance, clearly there is some much needed refurbishment underway. The rooms were clean and of good size, bed was comfortable. It was pretty cheap. There was a light hanging from the ceiling, aircon didn't cool, tap dripped, carpets were stained. But it was all survivable. We missed not having tea and coffee facilities in room. We booked two rooms for our family - one felt better than the other. We walked to the San Siro stadium - not close but we knew it beforehand. This was once a Holiday Inn Express - it's like a worn out budget business hotel/Travelodge.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Humid ground floor room, where you could smell how terrible it was - with water running down the walls, evident signs of recent break in, pillows hopeless, no towels, no shampoo, only positive thing, the staff, who tried their best.
