Perfect hotel for transit through Milan, next to the central train station. The room was modern, average size. The accomodation was clean, but after a big storm, we could smell the sewer in the bathroom.

We stayed two nights and three days in this hotel and our group occupied two rooms. Location is very near the Milan Centrale Station. Which is very handy especially if you are using the airport bus from Bergamo because it stops there. Many restaurant/bar around the area. A small mini shop near the hotel. And a beautiful church as well. The hotel is very clean. The bed sheets and towels were changed everyday of our stay. There is a water dispenser in every floor. And if any amenities is missing or if you need them, you can always ask from the reception. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast was included in our rates, and it is a good value. But if you have to pay extra €9.00/breakfast, maybe you are better off having breakfast outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t mind staying here again if ever I come back and visit Milan. I just wish that they would have a proper triple single bed. Not one double and single bed for a triple room.

My wife and I found this hotel to be the most pleasant of our multi-city trip.We stayed here at the beginning of our trip, and just prior to our departure three weeks later. It is a short walk from the Milano Centrale train station, yet we experienced no station or street noise in our room. The hotel is modern, very clean and well cared for, had very comfortable beds, and excellent wi-fi. Our room was spacious enough and well appointed. Breakfast was very good. Given Covid, a hotel staff member would actually fill your plate as you requested. Surprisingly, this process was fast and efficient. It is the only hotel breakfast on our trip that included eggs and bacon (wonderfully crispy fried). What truly sold us on this hotel, however, was the manager/desk manager. He was a kind and helpful individual that addressed all of our questions, even taking us to the sidewalk on two occasions to point our locations. On our return trip, we had an early flight that necessitated leaving the hotel around 10 PM. When he found that we would only use the room for about eight hours, he gave us a discounted rate without our asking. When you combine the location, the breakfast, the clean and modern atmosphere, and a wonderful manager, this hotel clearly deserves five stars. I would categorize it as an upscale, mid-range establishment where you get great value for the price. We recommend it enthusiastically!

Spacious rooms just a few meters from Milano Centrale. The whole place was very clean, and the breakfast was value for money. The city center is easily accessible by metro, tram or bus (many stations are very close to the hotel). It was also very quiet.

Stayed here for 1 night. The room was basic and nice. I think it could have been slightly cleaner in the bathroom and there were a lot of flies trapped in the curtains, I only stayed for 1 night so I kept them shut. Good for a quick stop over.
