This was our first trip to Milano. The hotel is not in a pretty neighbood but not scary. Much larger from the outside than I thought. The taxi driver knew where it was. The check-in was quick and efficient. Staff very polite and solicitous. We had booked a Naked room. The aesthetic was open, uncluttered, simple. Ours was a little too uncluttered: there was only one plasticy chair in the room although the booking photo showed a second. With a hassock. We had to request a chair be brought in. The room was clean with modern looking fixtures in the bath area. I say bath but there was no bathtub. There was a nice large glass-walled shower with a handheld wand, a 13 inch square "rain" showerhead and a wall mounted waterfall outlet. Unfortunately the overhead showerhead was clogged shut. Curiously with so many water outlets the hotel-provided soap bottles admonished you to turn off the water while soaping up. Mixed signals. Among the other furniture was a small table with a corrugated surface, useless for writing. The bed was firm, the way I like it. The headboard had some curious attachments I didn't see on their website but whose function was easy to guess if you're into that stuff. It might go along with one of their offerings: a love kit with a "lelo" gift (google it). Breakfast was very nice with wide selection on offer. Overall, our stay was pleasant enough but we will probably stay somewhere else now we have a better idea of the geography of Milano.

This hotel is loverly, rooms very clean and staff very helpful. It has staff 24 hrs a day if you need any help. It is a-bit of a way from Milan centre but the number 57 bus stops outside the hotel that goes to the centre, this takes around 15mins and costs around 2euros. You can pay on the bus with contactless card.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive during our stay. The hotel is very close to public transport links and we used the trams to get into the city centre. Our room was exceptionally clean and very spacious with a big bath and shower. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Milan again. There’s a coffee shop near by, mini marts and restaurants if you don’t want to venture back into the centre. I would highly recommend this hotel and visiting milan.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Check in was swift and easy, and no queue. We were on the 3rd floor which was easily accessed by lift. The suite was really spacious with super king bed, sofa area, stocked mini bar, kettle and microwave. Ample wardrobe space with built in vanity lighting and full length mirror. The bathroom was fab with a separate bath and large shower. Heating was easily controlled and the windows opened for some fresh air too. Only things missing were some body lotion to compliment the body wash in bathroom, some wine in the minibar, and a bottle opener/corkscrew. Sweeties in the main reception area were a nice touch. Although located outside the main city centre it was around 30 mins on tram line 12 and the stop was round the corner. We bought a 3 day travel pass for €13 each and it was so worth it. Overall a fab stay and would highly recommend the suites for anyone visiting Milan looking for amazing value for money and a good sized place to stay.

I stayed in a junior suite and it was so spacious & comfortable. The bathroom was so luxurious. I’ve stayed in full hotel rooms smaller than the square footage of the bathroom in the junior suite. Bedroom/living room, equally spacious with excellent Wi-Fi signal. The hotel is 20/30 minutes away from the center of Milan via the city’s easy to navigate tram lines. Personally, I prefer this out-of-congested-area location rather than staying by the Duomo or Main Rail Station, which I admit, has many more dining options, but never seems to calm down until the very late hours of the night. For me, Milan Suites was a great option for a quieter& a more comfortable stay.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Jefferson Maloles and Maam Martina. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions such as Milano Centrale and Milan Cathedral.

Staff was friendly, we were upgraded to a suite with a small garden/patio. Rooms were clean and modern. There is a bus stop right outside to take you to central Milan but the location itself is uninteresting. I would say this hotel is ideal for couples. The room design was quite nice. However do note room service is not 24/7 (the reception however is)

The Milan Suite hotel is a not too big suite hotel with well-fitted rooms and large bathrooms. The staff is very attentive and very friendly and accommodating. They have numerous little offers like flavored water and sweets that make the stay more pleasant. The air con makes the rooms very cold while being away and the showerheads could be optimized. They do habe a couple of new/themed suites which look great.

A good solid choice for business travelers - it's quiet, the staff is very helpful, the food (at least what's offered at breakfast) is good and the facilities are what you'd expect. The only drawback is that there is no metro station nearby, although there's a bus station right outside the hotel. Definitely recommend it.
