Excellent apartment, modern and comfortable room and kitchenette .Spotless clean. Marco and personnel make sure that your stay is enjoyable. Walking distance to famous Navigli waterway and restaurants;to public transportation and train station. In the same block you'll find coffee shop, bakery and a Salumeria(for cheeses and cold cuts)and a supermarket 2 blocks away. This was the second time in 6 years...

Don't use Booking.com or this "hotel" unless you read the fine print. Yes, the stuff hidden way way way down the bottom of the page after all sorts of ads and lists of facilities. If you do you will see not only that they charge you almost half the night's rental for a check in after 10pm (which considering you...

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and the experience was great! Room was clean and new, plenty of wifi network to choose from. Owner was accommodating who allowed us to check out late as we had a night flight to catch. Location is good as it's only 5 mins away to the nearest metro station.

Marco, Marco, Marco. If it not for Marco walking by at the right time on an extremely hot August afternoon I would have likely slept out in the street. Well maybe not, but I could not be more thankful for his timing & help. So thanks to UA I was 3 hours late flying into Milan, & missed my connection...

The hotel is well-located, close to Darsena and Navigli with many restaurants but far enough so you won't be disturbed by noise. The proximity of the Porta Genova metro and railway station is also a big plus. Me and my parents had a 3p room with view on the inner garden. It was big enough and cleaning was good. The...

Have just returned from three night stay! Can't say I enjoyed staying here unfortunately Apartments are small... Beds are the worst I've ever lay in, would be better sleeping on the floor! Beds made everyday, but towels in our apartment were never changed although asked several times Really would struggle to have any positives about this place!

I actually stayed at this property November 2013. We booked a room for 3 persons. The first room had no safe so we requested to be moved. We the moved to a new room later that day with a safe. The bed was not comfortable at all. Although we had a garden facing room we had thought there was a nightclub...

I can highly recommend the aparthotel Navigli. It is a very convinient location just a few minutes walking distance from the metro station, very hip and vibrant area full of bars and restaurants, very pleasant, friendly and helpful manager Michele, very clean and spacy room including the kitchen corner.

As the name suggests this is more serviced apartments than typical hotel. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, full sized fridge freezer, kitchen sink and cooker/micro wave. There is a good supermarket 200m away, useful as there is no breakfast provided by the hotel. The bed lifts up to form a sofa which is useful if...

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.

“The door was a little hard to find. Our navi took us to the street of a side door and you need to go around the corner and down the street for the main entrance. Hotel is a little loud as it is off a main road, ear plugs would be helpful. To cook, bring a skillet and dish soap and you'll be all set, no problem finding awesome ingredients.”
