Visited for 3 nights as part of a football break with our two young sons! Hotel spotless, rooms cleaned everyday. Staff polite and friendly, Super close to metro with access to all areas being quick and easy. Supermarket nearby however mini bar wasnt overly priced. Could do with bar being open for a night cap after a long day. Would 100% stay again.

The best choice at the best price, close to the metro. Cleanliness, attentive staff, everything is acceptable 🥰 The cozy neighborhood is close to a large supermarket “Superstore” which is open until 10 p.m We stayed for 4 nights, the room is cleaned every day. It is a pleasant and friendly environment thank you from Georgia.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast, gym available. There is a parking for an extra 15€ per day. Metro station is very close to the hotel (400m), so you don’t have to take your car to the city center.

The hotel is very close to Aforri Centro metro station, from which you can go anywhere. The area is quiet Hotel has its own underground parking but there is also the possibility to park outside since the area is not so crowdy. The room was very big even for 4 persons. It was also clean. The breakfast had a good variety.

Close to Metro station and large grocery store. Superb breakfast. Large , clean bedrooms. Helpful staff. Underground parking in individual stalls. Interesting architecture , feels modern, very pleasant glassed elevators. Kitchen option well hidden Other than absence of room service … an hotel that rates 10 for all other facilities.

It was fine for a couple of nights, but the lack of a place to have evening meal put me off a bit ,sorry to say. The place was clean and tidy, but I do feel I would maybe consider an alternative place next time and then decide after having a choice which one I would use more regular

I arrived at the hotel at 3am due to extreme flight delays. However I had been in contact with the manager earlier to confirm my arrival. When I arrived there was nobody at the reception desk and I Was standing outside for 15 mins before I was able to find entry to the empty reception. I sat on the sofa for another 30 mins before a young man came in and told me my reservation had been cancelled and there was another hotel they had around the corner for me. He proceeded to walk me to that hotel at 4am. The hotel was horrific and I refused to stay there for the night. I ended up waiting for the manger on the reception sofa to come at 6.30 am. When he arrived, he lied about being the manager when asked, but then said he was the manager but wasn’t on duty. Later on he calmed down and helped me to get another hotel. The whole experience was horrific and nothing like if ever experienced. This is a warning to stay away from this hotel. They do not care about their customers. They showed not empathy or care for the fact they had left a young woman alone in another country. They may deny these claims because I noticed they had done this to another customer review but everything I am saying is the truth. Book this hotel at your own description, but you have been warned.

The hotel was excellent and situated in thriving Milan community. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, all the paperwork was accepted and we were booked in without any issues. The room was spacious and clean and fresh. The bedding and towels were freshly laundered. The toilet had the cleansing seal over the seat soap dispensers on wall and in shower. We booked a twin room and had a double bed and a single bed/couch which was very comfortable. The room was more like a suite we were very impressed by it. Housekeeping was carried out each day to a very high standard. The underground station is a short 5-7min walk away and we paid €13 euros each for a 3 day ticket for unlimited underground, bus and tram travel in the city. We went to the local superstore just around the corner and purchased fresh coffee and fresh bread each morning and had it in our room. We didn't use the hotel continental breakfast so can't comment on it. But did have a look and it seemed popular and well organised with lots of choice.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel does not contain anything positive at all. And it is not about doing anti-advertising, because something did not go as expected, but staying at this hotel is the worst travel experience I have had so far. The hotel itself makes a good impression at the beginning. Service at the beginning smiling, rooms quite spacious, location close to the subway. Problems start with each day spent at this facility. To start with, everything is old, from the beds, the terrible plastic chairs to the old shower with a clogged limescale spout that splashes all over the place, and you have to wait at least five minutes for the warm water to start flowing. The toilet seat is leaking from underneath, making the room smell like urine as if someone hadn't cleaned the toilet at all. Fingerprints on the walls everywhere, moisture in every nook and cranny. Muck and dirt really, please pay attention to the attached photos. The hotel has 4 stars. Who admitted him so much and why I still can't understand it. I have stayed in many hotels with lower stars and they were of better standards than the one in question. We had to pay city tax 5 euros per person, where I found information that four-star hotels should charge 4 euros, so it is illegal to cheat customers even on something like this. Breakfasts neatly served, but you can feel the low quality of products, especially scrambled eggs which looks as if someone was serving it from the previous day. A typical approach of scammers who show how beautiful everything looks in the photo and how much choice there is, but all at the lowest cost. Now let's move on to the service point, which is the worst thing that can be. I have never encountered such rudeness and insolence anywhere. We mainly dealt with Simona, who I believe should be disciplinarily fired from this hotel. I hope that I will never meet such an arrogant person in my life, and I certainly would not like to see her again. During our stay, we decided to use the mini bar in the room, we knew that we would have to cover the costs, but no one expected such prices. There was no price list in the document room and when asked why this happened, I heard a mockery from the aforementioned Simona that it was necessary to come and ask because it is not her duty to go to every room and check if someone took the card with the price list. Is it my duty? we had to pay over 100 euros for the bar stuff. To this day, I wonder if this is a joke, because it is certainly not a nice gesture to host your clients so that everyone is satisfied. Typical scammers, I bet that there is no information about prices in any room, because it is easier to earn money from the customer by even suggesting a made-up price at the end of the booking. I would like to add that I had to ask for the price list and with a big cane it was printed and thrown like for a dog. I asked to contact the manager, because it was not possible to reach an agreement with the receptionist, for which I was informed that I would not receive any contact because it is Sunday and the manager needs to rest. Is this really a rational argument? At one point I was intimidated that if I did "problems" the police would be called, where I talked really culturally and only demanded contact with someone more responsible. Finally, a blackmail was applied that I would be banned from the platform where I made the reservation, so that I could never book again. The problem is it should be the other way. I, as a consumer, demanded my rights, and I was treated with disrespect and contempt. I completely changed my view of Italy as a country that I have loved so far. After this situation, I will think twice if I really want to go back there, definitely not to this hotel and rather away from Milan. I really have never experienced such a terrible approach to a client, blackmail and disrespect. Hopefully the consequences will be drawn to Simona as I bet another person will be treated the same soon.

Stayed with family young kids 9 years old. Great hotel and location is close to the Metro, taxi to town is only 15 euro. Staff is very friendly and always want to help. From booking taxi for you to even helping you to find a tea bag. Restaurant has some good breakfast collection, staff again friendly and want to genuinely make you feel welcomed. Few things wish they could have: 1) restaurant only serves breakfast so no lunch or dinner 2) dinner room service only between 6.30 to 9.30 3) No room service 4) no english channels on the tv But overall a great place. Definitely would recommend..
