It's not hilton. It's good if you want to sleep and whole day spend idle about the street. Helpful and friendly staff. For sure not good for familly with small children. Quite good location (few minutes walk to metro).

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. It is very difficult, it is dirty, there is nothing to do at all and the staff is aggressive and they don't care about you. To begin with, they charge for the sheets separately to save money from paying the hosteworld commission. Apart from the touristic fee that is charged...

The title really speaks for itself here. My trip to Milan was a very impulsive, last-minute decision. Hence, finding a good hostel was unlikely. We only booked this hostel because it was cheap, and it seemed 'close' to the centre. In terms of location, it is not really that 'close' to the centre of Milan. Luckily, my friend and I...

I was reading some reviews, trying to convince myself that it was an exception but I see it wasn't. We arrived at 3pm on a monday and we had to wait until 4.30pm to do the check-in without any explanation. The guy who let us in didn't spoke any English or he played stupid. We waited in a common room...

The worst place I've ever stayed!!! In short: Rude and aggressive staff - verbally and one physically. Dirty blankets Overcrowded rooms No safety - no locks and lockers can be pulled open. Full story: I checked in around 5pm and was told that my room wasn't ready yet as it hadn't been cleaned. So they offered me a different dorm....

Our parents and an infant arrived in the morning and told them that we would be back at the hostel at 2 pm. The problem is, we ended up waiting at dirty and smokey common room from 2.30pm until 6pm without getting a room or any explanation. At 6.30pm, hostel staff told me that they didn't have available room, and...

If you have nowhere else to stay and found a bed here, it is ok, i would not say to avoid it at all no matter what, but it certainly is not the optimal hostel experience. The location is ok, you can walk to the center in an hour, or take the metro for 1.50, which takes about ten minutes....

I am currently on an Interrail trip around Europe and staying in the cheapest hostels in 15 different cities, this being the cheapest in Milan. To clarify, I do not expect much and just want a basic nights sleep - which I have received in every other city. The security is non existent, the staff are extremely rude and the...
