Very friendly people at reception upon arrival and throughout stay. Nice modern room with enough free space. Breakfast room is a bit tiny, but nice. Breakfast is very nice with different things to choose.

Sorry but can't help you there as we didn't try to leave packages with them. I'm sure that if we'd asked if we could leave luggage with them once we'd checked out then it wouldn't have been a problem. They were very helpful.
