I had 1 night in this hotel and I was greatly disappointed. The room was untidy and very dark. Despite the fact that I had asked the room for non smokers, I had to stay in the room were you could smell cigarettes. Neighbours were very loud and ignorant. Not all lamps worked. Wifi is free as it was written... More

Hi Simona G, at Demidoff Hotel all rooms are non smoking, sometimes some customers smoking inside also. When it happened, we immediately clean everithing.... Anyway if you didn't like your room, you could ask to the receptionist and changed it. Thank you for your feedback and have a great day More

Great location in Milan with good facilities. Centrale Station is around the corner of Amadeus Hotel and would stay again and travel to further parts of Italy. Amadeus was used as a base and as a solo traveller, love Italy alot😎

Reaching the hotel was the best part, very close to Milan central train station. The guy at the reception spoke as if he is owns the place. Rooms were big, though need some renovation. One wash basin was choked, when I asked them to change my room, the answer was "fullybooked", I really doubt that. Anyways they did clean up... More

Room was reasonably sized and not too small. Bathroom/shower was a reasonable size but steamed up quickly. TV Wifi good. Breakfast was poor and not worth the charge. Come out of the hotel and turn right there are a number of good little cafes doing breakfast and the mandatory McBonalds. The reception staff were more a kin to customs and... More

Small room, thin walls (I could hear all my neighbor and the elevator) WIFI is only available around the reception. Breakfast is OK. I had to go through the dirty inner courtyard to my room and need to ring the door bell when I want to go back.

The reception clerk at check in was incredibly rude. He must own the place because no one who wants repeat business would tolerate him as an employee. He sets the standard the rest of the staff follows. I have to admit a fellow working a later shift was much more friendly. Breakfast was terrible and as someone else has mentioned... More

I booked here because of the great price, as was in discount. But I deffinetelly think that I would pay more, just to have better service. Here is good just a location, but nothing more. The rooms and furniture are so old, also the walls were not cleaned or renovated long time. The breakfast was not enough and was incredible... More

Easily the worst hotel I have ever been to. For the price of 120 euros per night you get a really small “double room” with a 120 x 180 cm sized bed (yes, 20 cm shorter than normally) and a mattress basically slept to pieces. When I verified from the reception that is this really a double room where two... More

I think that's the reason for prices in this hotel. Rooms are clean but painting... Is a must to be refurbish otherwise I don't see a reason to came back here, even that Amadeus Hotel is close to transportation to downtown, airports or other regions by train, by bus , metro or tram. I paid 135 euro/night , but believe... More

The rooms are small. I choose this Hotel just only the reason which is close to Milan Central station. The working of receptionist guy is too slowly like a tortoise. Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
