Hi, The best way to get to Milan is by the coach shuttle operated by Terravision. It takes around 60 minutes and is about 5 euros each way. Tickets can be bought on the bus. The bus stops at Stazione Centrale from where you need to catch a local bus to Monte Ceneri/Certosa 1.50 euros each way : not sure of the bus number - suggest you ring the hotel. Hope this helps.
