Nice hotel, clean rooms and great breakfast. Chocolate croasant filled with Nutella was the best! I expected single room with small bed and I got double- Very happy because of that. Hotel is just few minutes from bus and tram station. Receptionist advised to take tram 1 to get to piazza duomo and was absolutely helpful. Very kind personell and...

The rooms are clean, friendly stuff and at the reception the staff buys every day tram tickets so the tourist have easy access to them. Also from the hotel you have multiple choices to take transportation to the center of milan ( 20-30 minutes). The breakfast is average and the hotel is perfect for 1-2 nights if you just want...

I took part in the fiera rho and although it was not too close, I recommend this hotel for people who just need a bed at night and a very simple breakfast in the morning..walls thin so you can hear what goes on in other rooms. It is justly a 3 star hotel.Nothing more nothing less.

The tram is a 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel and the rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly (even though the receptionist sent...

...on why you're coming to Milan and what you expect from a basic hotel. It was clean, safe and the staff was very friendly. Downsides are a poor hotel atmosphere. Most of main floor foyer is empty with older couches. Could easily make that more attractive to guests with a functional tv, coffee machines, some books, bar, etc. Breakfast was...

Nice room, located relatively close to the centre, breakfast and service was excellent. The elevator was a bit small, but fast. We really enjoyed it. The bed was a bit too "soft" to sleep on it, bathroom was excellent. We could advise to couples for sightseeing.

...you must be a rich person, seems to be the policy of 'Hotel Berlino'. Never mind the type of your car, or if it's a new or an old one. Just arrived in front of the hotel, I asked the receptionist if it's a problem parking there. 'Oh, no', he said, 'the space belongs to the hotel'. Fine, I thought,...

Dear Guest, I appreciate your review, and I am really disappointed for you comment toward me, since I never stay in the hotel at 7.00 PM. However, if someone of the staff was rude I apologize. In the hall you find the opening hours of the parking and the cost of Euro 12 is discouted from the regular fee Euro...
