Terrible service and confusion. Got double room instead of single, then a smoking room. Third time complaining, they tried to charge extra. They manage room allocation by paper instead of computer, how modern and efficient. No toilet paper in room. No water bottle or tea...More

Stayed in this hotel with my friend for one night.Very good location close to the Central station, tidy rooms, very friendly stuff and nice breakfast. The only problem was wi-fi which didn't work on the fifth floor.
Good location between 3 metro stops, shopping and a few restaurants which is important as the hotel offers no in house food or room service. Lobby modern and rest of the hotel will hopefully be refurbish as well like the lobby. My room was small,...More
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the
terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
