I do not know where to start with the documentation of this ghastly hotel. Probably the worst hotel experience of all time. Besides the fact that the Hotel should not be in use as it is currently being refurbished, full of dust and safety hazards this is not a safe place to be. Let me add the service is disgusting,...

It is a good comfortable place. Very close to central station. Mr Francisco was very good. Most of the staff was pleasant. Morning breakfast is repetitive. As such no problem. Running water sounds from next door room is a bit disturbing.

We stayed here for three nights and would not rave about the experience. We had two rooms which were very dated and one in particular had a very stale smell, probably the residue of smoking even though we wanted non-smoking rooms. Staff were not the most welcoming and there was nothing about the experience that made us feel particularly welcome...

No WIFI & no bar?! Advertised both & had neither, we asked about WIFI & the rude receptionist just said 'broken'. Decor is all a bit too much & there are bags/suitcases everywhere that didn't move for the 2 nights we had to stay. €9 per person for breakfast & not much of a selection, definitely not worth €9. Our...

They charged my credit card 18€ for minibar. I didn't use the minibar so I asked the hotel for an explanation. They simply replied with a "I'll speak with my boss". When I tried to file a complaint, I found out that in Italy there's no official consumer protection organizations (unlike Spain, where we have the Consumer Arbitration System). They...

pros: + good location, + shuttle service (very pleasant driver), + friendly staff (not all of them speak English though) cons: - dirty (previous guest hair on the bathroom walls, greasy dryer, dust on the furniture, butts in the window frame, garbage under the table, ) - very noisy, you hear everything what happens on neighbor room and corridor -...

Stayed one night in this hotel - rooms very small indeed. Location good, not far form the Central Railway Station, and price reasonable. Lobby being refurbished, so area cramped. Breakfast was fine. Staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Would rather pay a bit more for somewhere with a larger room.

we had to get two rooms since the max capacity is 2 per room. Our room was stuffy and hot. The air Con didnot work; the hotel staff promised to fix or move us the next day. We got one from Priceline without breakfast and booked the second room with breakfast from hotel directly. We were comped for our daughters...

Stayed here with friend during our long weekend in Milan. The price was the main reason we chose this place so we didn't expect too much. And we got what we paid for, a decent place to sleep and free breakfast in the mornings. Our room was a bit worn out and we were not able to open our window...

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
