Stayed here in the few days between Christmas and New Year's as part of a 3 city tour we have done. I gathered when I booked the hotel that it was predominantly a business hotel, which didn't bother us. The room was big, simply decorated. Like many other reviews said the aircon didn't work, which we flagged but nobody ever came to look at it, so we had to have the windows open which wasn't too much of a problem. The WiFi on the first day was very slow and when we called down to the reception they were very unhelpful so we gave up with it, and luckily the next day it was better. The breakfast was very poor, barely any options, and the 'hot' food was stone cold, no attempt to keep it warm with lamps or hot plates, just set out on the side. In terms of location when I booked I think I thought it was more in the centre of Milan, because it is right next to the 'central station' which is in North Milan, this was the station we came into and went out of though so was actually really convenient for us. We used the electric scooters or metro to get around which was convenient. Final thing to say is the hotel is tucked away behind other skyscrapers, so is reachable from an alleyway, which was a bit random and not what I'd thought from the pictures. It also meant that 'city view' we booked was just overlooking the buildings next to us so not much of a city view. Overallh pretty average hotel, probably wouldn't stay there again.…
Even though the room itself is nice, the other things are really terrible. In December 2022, I parked car just in front of the hotel door. The car's window got broken. and all the staffs in the car were stolen. Staff at hotel unbelievably helped nothing. - We asked for help but staff said I have to go to police station. - Staff didn't check camera for us. - Staff said in front of the hotel but it's not hotel's responsibility. - When checked in , no staff suggested or told anything that this area has a lot of thieves. no warning. - Staff is helpless and careless. - Ask staffs to call Rental car company, staff said Can't call because it's international number (seriously ? its an Europe car rental company , at least u should have helped) - Staff said they contacted manager of the hotel already but manager wasn't there. Afterwards, I didn't hear anything from hotel ever since.…
Do NOT stay at this hotel. I stayed due to a tour place that booked here. Otherwise, I would have cancelled and gone to another hotel. Site states they have air conditioning which is FALSE, as they do not turn it on even if you ask. The room is unbearably HOT and has no ventilation. Service is POOR and if you call reception, they will not attempt to resolve as they will not turn on the air.
I arrived to a dirty room. Towels on the floor, bed slept in, toilet seat up, and used soaps. When I informed reception I received a lukewarm apology and a promise that the room would be cleaned in 40 minutes. I am hot and tired and wanting to relax but I have to go out again to kill time. I come back to my room in one hour and find the cleaner still there. Needs more time so I go to the lobby to wait. The cleaner finally leaves after an hour and a half (I see him on the elevator when I’m going up a third time) and I have to rush to get ready for my dinner reservation. What’s more, I go to take a shower and I find a used shampoo wrapper in the shower. So not fully clean. Also, the shower does not have any shelf to hold your soap and shampoo. I have never encountered this insufficient deficit before. Additionally, I reserved a double bed. The room had two twin beds fully made individually, not connected and pushed next to each other. That doesn’t help me to splay out to relax. Moreover, the hotel had one broken elevator that was strategically not labeled as broken. It just never moved from floor 0. Furthermore, there is a frequent door bell sound heard from the hall at all hours. I’m talking 1am and I still hear it. Also, note that this hotel does NOT have wifi (or I was not told about it and not given a password upon check-in like other hotels) and it is located deep in an enclave far away from the street behind a parking garage so the area feels creepy. It is an absolute LIE for this subpar hotel to bill itself as a 4 star hotel! CONSUMER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!…
I'm at the hotel right now, unable to sleep because the AC doesn't work. U have to call reception to decrease the temperature and we've called them thrice, even changed our room last night but it's like sleeping in an oven. What a horrid horrid experience. Never have I seen any hotel behave so cheap about not switching on their AC. Luckily we are leaving tomo..can't wait to get back home to an air-conditioned room! BOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE
I just stayed 4 night in this hotel and i had one of the worst experience of my life: all my cash and Jewelry were stolen (likely during a 10 mins breakfast pause) and of course the safe was not working. Both the help desk manager and the hotel director were very kind with me, given the shook i am in . They explained it is the first time it happened (could be, but for me this was done by several people experts in the matter) and they don’t understand what might have happened. Anyway safe box not working. No camera in corridors. So based on my experience, this is not a safe place - even if rooms are big, food is good etc…or if you were to decide to go, keep all your precious things with you all time. I am waiting to hear back from the hotel about their insurance or any kind of other compensation. I am hoping they can give me money to buy back a watch etc…. Even if it will never compensate the emotional loss of precious personal items. Be safe!…
A clean and luxury hotel close to Milan Central train station. Our hotel receptionist Sergio welcomed us immediately and offered a complimentary upgrade which was wonderful. The room was spotless and furnished to modern and luxury standards. The only negative was our giant bathroom mirror light did not seem to work. The fridge and the lavazza coffee machine looked new and added to the convenience. Overall a lovely stay. It was quiet too. I must mention the staff were very accommodating to our request for a late checkout and extended it even 30min more when I was caught out on a bicycle tour. It meant I was able to shower and change before my flight. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and I would definitely anticipate returning to this hotel
This hotel met all of our expectations after landing in Milan from the U.S. Finding it can be tricky from the train station but there are essentially three entrances (one through a medical park parking lot; one off of Gustavo Fara and the other via Fabio Filizi in an office building entrance). The family room was HUGE and provided great space for our family of four - sofa bed was comfortable according to my teens (we all slept 12 hours and there is no street noise). A/C worked great. Gustavo Fara has great restaurants to choose from and we had no issues navigating down to the Duomo from this hotel (via metro and walking back). Lastly, after a two-week stay in Europe, I can say this was our best breakfast buffet! The coffee, the fruit, the choices! Everything was delicious and I would definitely stay here again!…
I much enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the hotel is nice and modern, the room was huge, modern, well maintained and super clean. Customer service is absolutely fantastic, everyone are friendly and helpful. They will provide you anything you need (for example I needed a dental kit). I didn’t try breakfast but by looking from the outside it looked rich. The room had an amazing air conditioning for Milan hot summer days. It also had a small fridge. Location was convenient for me, trams and metro close by. But it is not right by tourists attractions. In overall I recommend the hotel for an excellent stay in reasonable price.
Stayed here for two nights on a longer vacation. Location is terrific - very near the Centrale rail station - but it is a little difficult to find. Room was a good size and very clean; bathroom was enormous by European standards, and well-equipped. The windows open, even on the upper floors, which is great. Little things were nice as well, such as the tank of nicely-flavoured water at reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfectly good; as is typical, the earlier you get there the better, as it gets pretty crowded after 9 am or so.
