The hotel looked old and tired from the outside. We checked in at 10pm due to a late flight. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was 504 and as mentioned before was next to the lifts which was noisy. Staff offered to move us. The room was hot and we were advised the air con did not go on until later in the year due to Milanese regulations. The windows opened widely for fresh air but had no safety features I could see. The room was ok but the showroom had a bidet and the towels were old, thin and greying. We did not eat at the hotel as we were out and about each day. There are nice local bakeries/ cafes for breakfast. The hotel is near the metro which is cheap and easy to use. Overall the experience was ok. You get what you pay for. It was reasonably priced.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for a long weekend . The hotel is very nice , the rooms were large with high ceilings and nicely decrated as was the rest of the hotel . Breakfast was very nice great selection and very nice staff . The reception were very nice and very helpful , answering any questions we had . But one member of staff called Markita in reception when above and beyond the call of duty , she was fantastic . We will certainly reccomend this hotel to all our friends .

The hotel is on the outskirts of Milan in a residential neighbourhood. Metro station is not too far away, you then need to take two different trains to get to the city centre. So location is pretty average. The nearest super-markets are a good walk away. The room was a good size but too hot in April, the air-con wasn't doing anything. I can only imagine what it's like in the summer. Wi-fi was very poor. Breakfast was nothing special, 15 Euros. The car parking underneath the hotel was something like out of a horror movie with lots of derelict vans parked there. Weird. Parking is not cheap either, 18 Euros per night. Overall, an average experience.

Great hotel in Milan. Not too much street noise at night and also right beside a tram startion linking with the metro. Me and a friend travelled for a weekend to watch a football match and perfect for getting to San Siro, the metro is on the exact same line. Definitely recommend if going to watch football or even just exploring Milan.

In this trip on Italy I stayed with my family in 3 novotels - Milan, Venice and Rome. In all 3 I booked family rooms. I got upgraded in all 3 to executive family rooms as I frequently stay in novotels. Off the 3 the smallest room was in novotel Milan. The room in novotel Milan looked like a normal room where they jammed a sofa next to the bed and the called it a family room. In contrast in Rome the family room is almost double the size. Location wise this property is just outside the old town ( pretty part of Milan). It takes about 15-20 euros to take a cab into the old town/ Milan station. Location is good if you have your own car and are doing day trips yourself. Location ain't good if you are dependent on trains and taxis. As a property the hotel looks mostly like a business hotel. They has a big conference when we were there. Property in need of a renovation. Food at property is also not great and very limited and not too many options of food around the hotel.

Absolutely awful place to stay. Bedbugs unfortunately not just harmful bugs. Not only you can potentially bring it home with your close but also some people might have severe allergic reaction. Absolute nightmare not a hotel, avoid!

Poor value. The facilities are getting old. Noisy room. From inside the AC noise is loud, elevator noise in room. From the window, noise from the hotel alley. Very small room. Fridge or curtains not reachable of you bring a child which is one of the center message of Accor campaigns. The neighborhood is not nice.

The room was not very large however the bed was comfortable. The drapes required repairs which were not done while we were there. Bottled water was provided free of charge daily. Breakfast cost 15 Euros per person/kids eat free. Conveniently located about 2 blocks from the Ca Granda metro stop and about 20 minutes to Milano Central (train transfer required) Located in a residential area with few food options.

My sister & I stayed here for 3 nights. There were several things not up to scratch & certainly not for a claimed 4 star hotel. First impression was the propertys’ long grass (or mainly flowering weeds) was in dire need of a mow. This was done the next day. Beds were small & mine was uncomfortable & lumpy & we only had one very small pillow each. No side table for glass of water & other needs. Air conditioner must have been fixed on a too high temperature as it was very hot & I couldn’t make room cool enough to be comfortable. Fridge also not cold enough to cool water. Paper cups instead of glasses which we got in all our other hotels. Shower went all over floor as the shower door was unable to be fixed in place. And the wi-fi registration only lasted for 24 hours & then the receptionist was unable to set up for me again so had to do without for rest of stay. Not good enough. Was the worst stay of our 2 week sojourn in Italy. They need to re-invigorate the place.

So my partner & I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights & it wasn’t too bad. We stayed in room 111 the room it self was very spacious, the air conditioning was working perfectly fine, the staff were really helpful & friendly, the room was clean & we were given water in the fridge ( free of charge) the location of the hotel was about 7 mins walk from the metro which was handily considering that transport in Milan is very expensive. However the only downfall of this hotel is that breakfast is awful !!! The food is served cold, there isn’t much to choose from, if you want a hot drink they have to make it for you & sometimes they’d forget that you have asked for a hot drink so your constantly asking for your drink which we found annoying nevertheless it was an enjoyable experience
