We only stay for a night, but everything was clean, spacey and fancy. The staff was very welcoming, the lobby design was lovely. The room was warm in a very cold weather and had everything we needed. Hair dryer, shower, hygene bags and energy power outlets.

Excellent hotel, very clean and well presented. When we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready and the receptionist (Martina I think) was most helpful. She recommended a local restaurant for lunch and when we returned our bags had been taken to our room. The only tiny criticism I could make is the coffee in the room. Being in Italy it would have been nice to have had some Italian coffee in the room. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located very close to corso Buenos Aires and the metro, in a very interesting area. The staff was really helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Loved to go back again. They definitely won a customer.

Good location, nice and cosy hotel, especially the lobby, breakfast area and the small conference room. Depending on the category of the room, it might be quite small but still ok. Especially for a short stay - one or two nights. Staff is helpful and the service is good. Breakfast is poor but enough if you are not too fastidious. Overall fair quality/price.

We loved our stay at your hotel: the most eye-catching point of excellence was the kind treatment of guests at the reception desk. My deep appreciation and words of congrats on this particular point of success. The only snag in our experience was the trouble-some noise infiltrating our room space every time the bathroom nextdoor was being used. If we were staying at your hotel for a longer period, I would have surely notified the management.
