Amazing hotel! Very close to the City centre which was very handy. The rooms were very clean, even though they had renovation work going on we didn't hear a sound so don't let that put you off. Staff was also very welcoming, definitely the best hotel I've stayed at! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Hotel's Favourite
A highlight for this hotel is the staff; they’re friendly, professional and go the extra mile to ensure that guests have a great stay. The location was good with the centre of Milan being a 15 minute walk away. The facilities were great and the added extra of the spa is a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Milan.

Great location and a staff that could not do enough. Staff at the desk and those in the dining room always pleasant and greeting you by name. Should I return to Milan, this would be the place to stay.

Excellent staff , and location , the food is amazing , breakfast is nice and all staff providing excellent food service and settings , very clean place , I will return back after few days to fly home . The train station is close 15 minutes walk , the shopping and coffee shops all are around , great people and popular figures in world they stayed in this hotel Dr Adel / Bahrain

We had an executive room for two nights on the 6th floor. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, great big shower. We weren't in the room much as we spent most of the time wondering round the city. The metro line 1 (red line) is just outside, 3 stops to Duomo, about a 15 euro taxi ride from Linate airport, Didn't use the spa or breakfast. In fact we found a nice breakfast place on the last day, Eppol on Via Marcello Malpighi. There is also a fully stocked supermarket not far from the hotel. Staff were friendly, check in was quick (we arrived at 17:30)

Perfect accommodation for a few nights exploring Milan. The hotel is right by the metro station (literally 10 second walk) and was easy to find. Staff were helpful and polite. We were able to use the spa but only 1 hour per day due to covid. Spa is small but nicely presented. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on food. We were able to store our bags after check out until we left for our flight which was handy.

Beautiful hotel . This hotel has everything you could ask for. There are many beautiful restaurants and cafes located around the hotel . Very short trip to Duomo via metro which is just outside the hotel . Staff were very friendly and could not do more to help you . The room was quite small but we did not mind as we did not spend much time lounging around the room .

Staff was friendly and helpful, the AC was sooo good. The first hotel in many places that I’ve stayed that they leave the AC running during the night. When I arrived I received a rose from the receptionist. Outside was bloody warm they give you ice cold bottle of water. The only thing that I missed were complementary bottles of water

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel is well located in central Milan, and very close to the subway. My room looked like it had been recently renovated and was well sized, with lots of storage available for hanging clothes. The bathroom was large, with a powerful shower. Breakfast was fine and is what you would expect for any hotel, and the free bottles of water were very appreciated in the heat. The only downside to my stay was that my party was split on arrival - the hotel had been overbooked due to a cancelled flight. However, the receptionist quickly arranged alternative accommodation and transport there for the affected members of my group. All in all a great stay, and I'll be back in the future.

Very nice and friendly hotel clean rooms and comfortable and the hotel is in a great location accessible to all favourite places in Milan. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to use the bar all the spa facilities and the restaurant but I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit thank you very much to all the staff
