Beds are OK but not very supportive. Bathrooms are poorly designed and showers minuscule, clean though Breakfast is fine but not very much selection Close to tram and has a 24 hour grocery store downstairs. Around the corner is the best restaurant for its price we found in Milano, Ristorante Petit.

Better than expected after reading reviews on tripadvisor . The staff was very helpful and kind . The location was great if you want to be close to Porta Gabrialdi for traveling . There is a small supermarket 24/7 downstairs which is convenient and lots of eating places around .

We had an early morning train leaving from Port Garibaldi station and this hotel was very convenient. It was an easy 10 minute walk. Luggage was no problem because you walk through a modern shopping area which has exterior elevators. The staff were very helpful and our front facing room had a lovely view of the ancient Port Garibaldi (port...

Stayed for a 3 nights city break. The hotel is a 15min walk from the Central station where you can find buses for Bergamo airport and 10min away from Porta Garibaldi train station. A metro station is 5min away and the tram station is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, I recommend it. The rooms...

You're about a 20 minute walk from the main city centre (il duomo and gallery of shops). I think one gets real good value for money when you book here. No compaints on my room. Wasn't the biggest, but it's all about the city for my money. Staff VERY nice and helpful. All spoke English very well. No complaints on...

Small hotel, well furnished with good breakfast included - great to see happy staff who were pleased to assist their guests - what a bonus after travelling in France where they just couldn't care less about customer service.

We picked this hotel to stay fairly near Garibaldi train station (15 min walk). The hotel was just ok; nothing outstanding. Room was pretty plain but breakfast was nice and had some hot food items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the outside wall next to the street, so was pretty loud at night.

Small but functional room, but tired. One wardrobe door was of its slider and difficult to open, the shower doors had to be rehung at every use and the air conditioning was noisy. However, the bed was comfortable (but there could have been a spare pillow) and the whole place was clean, well serviced and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was fine (clean, staff were polite) until my third night, when I struggled to sleep (before my morning flight) due to noise in the courtyard. There is a restaurant kitchen and garbage bins that my room overlooked (although there was plexi glass so I did not have a view). It was quite loud until late in the night.

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
