Nothing so great about the hotel, the heating was not good. Breakfast was average. The staff is somewhat helpful. The only good thing about the hotel is that its very near to the Milan Centrale station.
For the fourth time staying at this beautiful hotel close to Central Station in Milan. Clean rooms, simple furniture and very tasty breakfast. I prefer it for short trips in Milan. Very good location and friendly staff

Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the
terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.

I have arrived to the hotel at about midnight myself - and there was a receptionist. But I'd recommend you to let the hotel know you will be arriving late. Not only to have someone at the reception, but also not to have your booking cancelled by mistake, because you'll be arriving actually next day, not on the day of your booking.
