My wife and I stayed at the marvelous hotel for four nights. The location is perfect; not only a five-minute walk to the Duomo, which is the center of the major attractions, but on a side street with little traffic or noise. The service in all aspects was superb. The breakfast buffet included in the price included every item anyone could want at that meal. We would never stay anywhere else in Milan.

Hotel's Favourite
We had two rooms here and wish we had a longer stay. The rooms and hotel are elegant and very comfortable. Beds and showers are wonderful. The breakfast is amazing variety. Loved and appreciated the extras like toiletries, mini bar, muffins, happy hour. Had everything we needed. Very close to the major sites and restaurants. The staff is very kind, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

Such a lovely little boutique hotel tucked away on a quiet close to the Duomo but out of the crowds. The room is small but clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you would expect including slippers and robes. the furniture is eclectic but the bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s Italian air conditioning so we opened the windows because of the unusual heat. Breakfast was excellent and every staff member from the front desk to the housekeeper were very accommodating. We had an early flight out and we were even given breakfast baggies for the road. I’d gladly return here!

Great Location, friendly and very helpful staff and amazing breakfast!! Free non alcoholic drinks in the room and a cocktail at the bar for the aperitivo in the afternoon. Although I was warned the room was small, it was very small! Close to the Duomo and metro Station.

The receptionists, I can’t remember their names, were particularly kind. They helped us the trouble about our next hotel in Firenze which was about be cancelled because of my credit card failure. They called the hotel and even emailed for us. That was a huge help. They were March 16 night shift guy and the next morning shift guy. I’m sorry I didn’t ask their names. Thank you SO MUCH.

A gem of a hotel with the traveller at the top of its list. Situated on a quiet street 5 mins walk from the Duomo. Fresh linen daily. Fridge in room with free juices and water. The staff are the best we have encountered being incredibly helpful. The breakfast is amazing!! Love this hotel. And will return.

The Hotel Gran Duca Di York is tucked in a quiet street close to the Duomo and Via Dante. Its location is perfect for exploring the historic district. It is also easily accesible from MXP. We took the Malpensa Express from the airport to Cadorna station and took the taxi to Gran Duca .I find the architecture of the hotel so charming. The buffet breakfast offered a very good variety of choices. The drinks in the room refrigerator, the snacks, and water bottles in the lobby were all complimentary. Our room was clean and updated .It overlooked the courtyard and terrace. The staff was superb and exemplary-Serena, Jordan and Kathy to name just a few. Our Milan trip was inclusive of International Women's Day and I got my mimosa bouquet during breakfast. I plan to frame it and I consider it one of my most precious souvenirs from this trip. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I am in Milan. I highly recommend this hotel.
