best breakfast not cheap city centre noise we must get two rooms because they did not loud us to stay with my family unfortunatley. We payed 200 euros(my family-two little daughters) not freindly reception
Great little boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood but pretty close city center too. The rooms are immaculate and extremely quiet, the staff is excellent, and the breakfast is excellent (and included). Highly recommended if you don’t want to stay in the middle of all the tourists.
It is a hotel with a classic style, very charming and warm, it is pleasant to spend time there. The room is very clean. The team is friendly and polite. The breakfast does not have a lot of choice, but is sufficient for different tastes (sweet, salty, vegetarian, carnivorous, vegan). I love their croissants, and my husband loves their blueberry pie.
Nice and clean room, staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is near Arco della Pace and there you can fine transport to bring you to Doumo. Plenty of restaurants nearby hotel. I highly recommend Lancaster Hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay in Milan and the Lancaster certainly didn’t disappoint ! Great location close to tram stops, railway station some great eateries and a lovely park. Staff were great, probably some of the most welcoming and helpful I’ve met! Highly recommend the Lancaster hotel.
A superb hotel situated in a great location for a city break in Milan. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was extremely comfortable, and offered everything we required. Breakfast offers an array of choice. The hotel manager was always welcoming at breakfast or when on reception, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect, easy reach for the centre of Milan, but the district has so much to offer, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, two minutes from the Arco della Pace and the Parco Sempione, we walked daily through the Parco to the city centre. If you are looking for a city break in Milan, look no further!
I was here for one weekend with my father. We decided to book at Lancaster Hotel because of its relatively central location and fair price. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The morning buffet was plentiful and had good quality coffee, tea, fresh juice and even some good bread which can be hard to find in Italy. The room was very nice, it had a nice little balcony from which you could see the Arc of Parco Sempione. The hotel is located near the west end of the park and as such it is quite a walk to the center (around 30 minutes to the dome), but a very nice one. Of course you could also take the metro but the nearest station is around a 15 to 20 minute walk away and at that point you can also just walk to the center instead of waiting for the metro. We noticed that the windows were especially good for isolating sound, as we didn't hear any noise coming from outside where it sometimes had pretty heavy traffic. All in all our stay was was very nice and we can recommend this hotel to pretty much anyone. …
Nice welcome by the employees at the reception, for the check in and the check out. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds, although the decoration of the bedrooms could be modernized (a little bit old fashioned).
The service provided by the staff (Filippo, Toni, Carlos, Juliessa, Alessia & Federico) were superb. Federico left a good first impression as he checked us in on the first day. He was knowledgeable & recommended must-visit places over at Milan. We requested for a change in rooms as we were not comfortable with the present layout and he managed to give us a new room the following day. He remained cheerful even with our countless questions. Toni as well made good coffee each morning. The public transport (metro, trams) are a decent walking distance away. The rooms, lobby & corridor were well kept.
The rooms are quite big and the beds very comfortable, the bathroom was also big and modern. We had a room on the street and it was very quiet. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very welcoming and helpful!
