This was likely the best hotel in our 25 day Italian holiday. Ticks all the boxes: - every staff member was helpful, genuinely courteous and very professional - good value for money - comfortable bed - room larger than most we stayed in at higher prices - good shower - nice neighbourhood not too far from centre - great breakfast...

So many 3 star hotels are in nice buildings that feel run down - here the hotel feels looked after and cared for, and so are the guests. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good range of breakfast items. Location is in a quiet residential road a few minutes walk from Corso Sempione where...

I booked my room for a low price so I expected nothing special. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It started with the location which is not too far from the station Cadorna, where I arrived from the airport or from the city center. It is also located within walking distance (15 min) to Milan's exhibition center. Further, a tram station...

We stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful little family hotel. Rooms are somewhat small, but kind of charming (each room is unique in this last-century building), some rooms with nice small balcons. The hotel is very quite, in particular rooms to the garden - even the night AC Milan won the championship, I slept extremely well in my comfy...

Very friendly people and a nice room where it was really quiet at night, ven when AC Milan won the championship. Breakfast was all one could wish for and included. Combined with a very reasonable pricing the stay was highy agreeable.

We picked the Lancaster based on other TA reviews, and were not disappointed, staying for our last night in Italy. They were very helpful as we had 2 rooms reserved and had an error on one of the rooms reservation dates - they got us fixed straightaway and were extremely helpful with directions, recommendation for eating, and arranging transportation to...

The room is very spacious, light and modern with a bathroom as big as the rest of the room. The double bed is actually a double bed and not 2 single beds moved together which is not very often. The room had a very nice balcony and as it's located on a quite street we always had the balcony door...

We loved our stay here. The staff were amazing and spent ages on the internet helping us when our car hire was closed!! It is a bit of a walk to the centre of town about 25mins but we didn't mind because it was a gorgeous walk through a big park! Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful!!

We took the underground from Central to Cadorna and walked the rest of the way. It wasn't too far and gave us a chance to look around on the way. The weather was very warm and sunny. The hotel reception was friendly and we took the lift to our room. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a decent...
