The hotel staff were very polite, breakfast buffet was very good, chef and servers were very attentive to your needs. A high end hotel with excellent service, courteous staff. The only disadvantage is the hotel location is a 10 minutes walk from a subway station.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was really impressed with it. It is very close to Cadrona station (handy as a metro station and as the station to get to Malpensa from) as well as trams. It is in a great location close to Parco Sempione, which has some worthwhile attractions in it in itself (Castello Sforzesco, the Triennale,...

Booked a single room - although it had a double bed in the room, the bathroom was so cramped I had to back in to get to the toilet wedged between the shower and the sink, and then sit on an angle as my knees couldn't fit (and I am not that tall). Otherwise the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms...

We just got back from our trip in Italy and stayed for our last 2 nights at Hotel Lancaster, on recommendations in Trip Advisor. The Hotel was just as people recommended - it is in great location near Sempioni Park, with the tram handy to downtown Milan and to Cardona station (to go to Airport). Room was small, but comfy...

Having been many times to Milan for business, I know the city centre is not great for hotels - poor hotels at high prices - so I wanted to see what so many people were raving about. It is a lovely hotel in a quite neighborhood away from the centre. The rooms were decent, nothing special. The breakfast was ordinary....

We arrived late after a day of travel, only to find out that our hotel room had been canceled by the company we booked through. The hotel was so gracious, gave us the same rate, found us dinner and delivered it to our room! Our room was spacious and clean and our one night in Milan went from panic to...

We only booked one night in Milan as a "jet lag" day, so weren't expecting much, but were delighted with the hotel and city. The location was near enough to the park for an evening stroll and the staff were very helpful with train schedule and even went on the internet to make reservations for us. The hotel itself is...

This hotel is a perfect choice for everyone who wants to stay close to the city center and don´t pay a lot. Hotel is clean, cheap and have a comfort small rooms. Breakfast could be better but for this price you will enjoy it. During our stay the elevator didn´t work and it was a really big complication for us....
