The location is great and the staff friendly, the price attractive, but ... the hotel could use a serious remodel. For example: bathroom door decaying with rust at base (although sink and tub were clean), old and worn carpet, chair in room with dirty fabric...More
We spent 3 nights here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The main feature of this hotel is the central location. The everything is within walking distance. If you want to leave the city, the metro connects you and is within a 3-4 minute walk....More
Location is amazing. Few minutes from the Duomo.
Considering this is a 4* hotel there were no tea and coffee making facilities in

Checked into room several hours ago and quite honestly, one of the worst rooms I've ever seen in a hotel. The reviews are correct, the location is great but as far as showering, sleeping, sitting, or spending anymore time in this room than absolutely necessary...More
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the
view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

I´ve been in both type of rooms and I don´t recall to see a kettle. For the superior I remember that the only difference I noticed is that the room is bigger (not a huge difference) and they leave some cookies and free bottle of water everyday. I mean, I don´t think it worth the upgrade. For the rest of the facilities and amenities, it´s the same. I´ve been there 3 times and I had no issues :) the hotel is really nice, excellent location and the staff really friendly. Breakfast has a lot of variety and you can ask it to take away if you get up early in the morning before breakfast time (you need to let them know the previous night). I hope this helps. Enjoy your stay!
