Small rooms with little amenities.. They don't provide ironing boards, or flatiron. Laundry is expensive and they actually told me a different price at the lobby. In general mediocre service for a supposedly nice hotel and not a cheap one.
Typical medium level business hotel.
late arrival is available;
professional service at the reception;
€100 per single room.
standard rooms are small;
breakfast is below average;
top newspapers are not available in the hall;
shower soap pretty poor;
I can't for the life of me figure out why this is rated a four-star hotel. Breakfast was average at best. Room was certainly not spacious. T.V. was small and there was only ONE channel in English. On the plus side, the shower was bigger...More

My daughter will be spending 3 weeks at Bocconi University in July. The housing they offered her is 45 minutes away from the University and we are trying to find somewhere closer for her and I to stay. We are use to American brand hotels and we see nothing near Bocconi. The comments I read about this hotel are mostly short term stays and also sounds like there is one outlet per room which obviously she is going to be doing homework after her classes and needs RELIABLE free WIFI! I am concerned that this hotel will not be a good match for a 3 week stay but am lost as to where to go that is safe, clean and has reliable Internet. If anyone can assure me that this is a good match, I welcome your comments for our 3 week stay. Thank you!
