My husband and I booked to stay here with our 15 year old son and our friends. We had a triple room. The hotel on arrival was clean and warm, the staff helpful and as the room was ready early, we were allowed to check in four hours early! The triple room was a lovely size, spacious and airy. The cleanliness aspect was impeccable. The bathroom was perfect and well maintained. I have nothing negative to say about this place at all and despite it being a budget hotel, it has exceeded many other more expensive establishments we have stayed at. The only thing I would like to see added would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel is based around 20 minutes outside of the city but the tram stops a two minute walk down the road and takes you into the centre. We would definitely book to stay there again when we visit Milan. …
Great place to stay in Milan. The cleanliness in the room was exceptional. The sleep quality was the best. Just in front of the hotel there is a stop of tram 4 (it goes to the center of the city in 20-25 minutes and there is also connection with the metro). Highly recommended!
Excellent service, everything was perfect.Breakfast was really good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. Many restaurants and shops are close to the hotel. A tram stop there is in front of the hotel so it's very easy to go to the centre
The staff was very helpfull and very nice. The acomodation were good and the breakfast normal. Near the center and with the transport at 100m from the hotel. We like very much the experience and the italian people.
The room is clean, nice, modern. Wi-fi works fine. Breakfast is ok. The location is acceptable: there is a direct bus (including at night) to Stazione Centrale (30 min) and a direct tram to Castello Sforzesco (40 min). The Ornato/ Niguarda area is a middle-class residential neighbourhhod - it feels reasonably safe. Overall a good value for money in a very expensive city.
Good hotel with the great reception staff, clean, comfortable rooms, 40 minutes from Duomo, 2 minutes from the tram station, bus station, and open 24/7. It is a great experience that I would recommend to anyone
Unpleasant staff at the reception during check-in. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The hotel offers parking, but there are no spaces available. I believe that for 200 euros per night, a bit more could be delivered.
Hotel was good ,staff excellent, very helpful, room nice and clean.Breakfast has need to be change because everyday was same stuff !!only ham ,cheese ,crossaints wasn’t crunchy. But hotel yes ,yes 🤩 But will recommend this hotel 😍
Located outside the center of Milano but good reachable with public transport. Nice buffet breakfast. Outdated room, the airconditioning did not work very well. Also the shower was hard to arrange. Overall good for a couple of nights.
We even got an upgrade to a modernised room. All was fine, decent beds etc. Friendly staff and if you and you can reach city Center by tram. Near by a few good restaurants too. Not more then this to report.
