Nothing to write home about and just practical to stay a night. Would not book this for a holiday. Just small and very very simple. Not overly friendly personnel. Only good to sleep but not to spend time in the room. No need to come back.

Worst hotel management I have ever seen... They only care about their profit and getting the money from their customers... So disappointed, I was expecting more for the money I paid. I wouldn’t recommend!!

The best value for my money in Milan for a couple on the go. Clean room and very professional staff but basicly no windows in our room, there is no way to open the blinds. I would recommend this hotel for maximum two night because I think it's gonna get annoying without the city view after a while

We were booked not the Ornato hotel on a Groupon mystery break at the end of January/beginning of February and took the trip from the city centre by tram which took about 35/40 minutes. The tram stop is very convenient for the hotel albeit a long way out of the city. We were allocated a room in the older and most definitely NOT recently renovated part of the hotel. It was awful and could in no way be described as 3* accommodation. However the extremely basic and inadequate room was actually quite clean. The wardrobe door was hanging off the bedspread looked around 30 years old and the metal shutters on the windows were oppressive. The modern rooms shown in most marketing material were worlds away from what we were given. We handed the key back and left.

We were greeted at the reception by Francesco who was very welcoming and accommodating to us. The room is basic but who wants to be in the room when visiting Milan anyway? Bed was comfortable and all the necessities are there if needed.
