Value for money hotel with willing and polite staff. The cleanliness at a high level. The location is close to a metro stop and an affordable super market. The philosophy is special and fully implemented. Also the restaurant is good, tasty traditional Milan rissoto, delicious spaghetti and freshly caprese salad.
My daughter & I stayed for 4 nights as we were using Milan as a base to travel around. The metro is 5-6 mins walk away and is directly connected to central station and Duomo. A nice residential area with a quiet park nearby. We never felt unsafe walking back late at night. Esselunga is right opposite metro. There are quite a few food options nearby. Highly suggest opt for hotel breakfast as it is filling and good value.
An outstanding hotel, in an excellent location, in a quiet part of Milan, which is connected to central and other locations in Milan by public transport lines. A great place to rest after a day of walking. Excellently arranged reception, available 24 hours a day, exceptional cleanliness and tidiness
I spend (unfortunately) just one night at this property for work. It was spotless clean and breakfast was plentiful and varied. I especially appreciated the organic offer not only because it is healthier but also because it is much tastier than your regular hotel breakfast food. neighbourhood is nothing fancy but super quiet, next to a huge park (very big plus for Milan City), super well connected to downtown and station via nearby metro. One block away, numerous food options. Cannot speak for the restaurant because they were on a summer break, but will definitely try it next time I stop in Milan. Last but not least, free stable and powerful wi-fi
Staff went above and beyond to help us out. Loads of choice at breakfast, many of the cakes were homemade and they had vegan and gluten free options. The room was comfortable and clean and really nice products in the bathroom. Definitely want to go back.
I booked cos it was one of the cheapest places. Pleasantly surprised. Its a nice little place, the breakfast is amazing and I loved the eco theme. Only thing Id say is it’s a bit far from the main attractions, and the restaurant closed without notice, so I had to trek it into town for dinner on Saturday.
A very nice hotel, in a quiet area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The metro station, with which city center can be easily reached, is very close. It meant a lot to us that we were provided with parking place and we thank to the friendly staff who speaks English for their kindness. Special thanks to the girl from the reception who recommended us an extraordinary place to visit.
I didn’t stay in the room that I’d booked. I had booked a double room and stayed in an apartment outside the hotel. In another building. The bathroom and bed was clean but all the rest was dirty. I found more than one web spider and also a spider!!! The bedside table was dirty with coffee marks. I booked a room with garden and city view and I got no view cause the windows were covered by some kind of vinil. The only thing worth in this hotel was the bed. It was really comfortable, 5 min walk to metro station that takes you to city center in 10min and above everything the staff that was super super helpful. I had one issue with covid stuff (tests) and they were amazing. And also would like to refer that it was suppose to be a eco hotel but had plastic all over and didn’t have any recicle bin … can’t understand this… Last but not the least we had no hand soap and just one roll of toilet paper. On the second night I got to get out of the apartment, across the area to get the hotel and request for one roll… definitely I do not recommend this hotel!…
My experience of staying in this hotel was great. I highly recommend this hotel to stay. It ticks all the boxes as a traveler wants from a hotel when he stays. 1. Friendly staff specially Olga (my tour guide in Italy, I did a joyful site seeing only because of her, she also help me with bus tickets, which trains to take, which way to go for shopping, which train I should take to see as many places as possible), Arionel (everyday greet me first in the morning with a big smile, never miss his attention) also Jason and Marco (always there when asked for) 2. Room was clean, large toilet, big bed and a wide window for proper ventilation. Window also had a nice view. I like the amenities provided; all were organic. 3. Close to train station, big grocery shop and a beautiful park just next door. 4. Breakfast is everyday made fresh. Loved the variety specially the chocolate croissant. The chef looked after the breakfast by himself by time to time checking that everything is serving fresh and keep refilling. When they know I only like chocolate milk in the morning, they arrange a special chocolate milk for me for my next stay days without charge. 5. Everything about the hotel is organic and eco-friendly items which also make you feel the environment. 6. Normally when you went to stay in a hotel, they try to charge you with every little thing. In Eco-Hotel La Residenza, its completely different. At the time of my check out, I was struggling with some change of my money to pay, as because I paid everything by booking.com. They reduce the price according to my convenient. On the top they offer me a free juice. This is rear for me as a traveler. Overall, I love every bit of my stay in there and whenever I go to visit Italy, I will surely stay there. Also, if you contact them directly to book, you may get a discount as I will get on my next visit. PS: I stayed there for seven days in January of this year. I am sorry for my late review. But because I loved it so much there, I must write it.…
Price and rooms were great, especially because I had friends traveling from out of town and was trying to accommodate for them and maintain their budgets in hotel selection. The rooms were clean, this is always very important to me. The restaurant was awesome! Even if you are not staying at this hotel, if you are in the area I would recommend the restaurant if it is available to the public. Many risottos were delicious, food was well prepared, staff were quite friendly. Best yet, one of my friends has to maintain a gluten free diet due to food allergies and the options they have in the restaurant are great! Traveling to Milan was surprisingly easier than expected with a gluten free traveler, but the hotel restaurant was certainly a big part of that!
