Recently renovated and spacious apartments. Very helpful and friendly staff. Not too far from navigli. Good beds. Had some issu s with WiFi but was told it's not usual and they did everything they could to fix it.
This was a a great spot for us to stay when we moved our daughter to Milan for graduate school at nearby Bocconi University (and just outside the Center or Area C for which you have to pay a 5 euro daily entry fee if...More
This place has it all: good space, nice minimalist decor, wifi, friendly staff, and excellent value. Not too central, but only takes four tram stops to be near the duomo. I'd definitely stay again the next time I'm in Milan.
Good location: with tram ca. 15min to duomo and 5min to the canals. Supermarket 5min walking. Late night shop till 5am 2min walking.
Quiet at night because of 2nd line.
Friendly services (room service every 2nd dax). Clean apartment.
This is a mediocre residence. No 24 hour service, so if you arrive after 8PM you are left outside (unless the porter is kind enough to leave keys at restaurant nearby). Room is serviced occasionally (only twice a week in my case). Sheets are old...More
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns
supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.

Navigli area is close by - you'll reach it in 5-10mins by foot. We used to have some good nights out there and always found our way back home easily. Also the Residenza Bocconi is a single building so if there are rooms - no worries about being far apart: you should be located in the same building at least. (This is different if you stay at Diffuso Apartements as they all are spread out the area).
