Horrible communication they don't speak foreign language cool room, noisy hotel Unfriendly service They are rip off and please dont buy for them if you wish to have a good stay. To sum up, I really believe you could find much better accommodation for the same value, it's a rip off!

If we don't speak a foreign language then explain how we write this message to you, our staff speak 5 languages, for the rest we don't even want to comment if you lie from start.

This hotel is ideally situated for the centre of Milan. It is very basic, no tea or coffee making facilities and take your own shampoo and shower gel. The room we had was very noisy but it was very clean with nice white sheets and towels. Don't think I would book it again though

Hotel hunting in Milan can be confusing given the city taxes that are added to the rates, and with Hotel Brasil there is also a mandatory linen charge that is added to the advertised rate on websites. While they are very clear about this policy I found it somewhat strange that linen would not be included as standard at a...

When I'm make the reservation for this hotel I had to pay deposit 30 EU and when we arrive 177 and less because of the deposit. In our second day they told us that we should pay 235 EU, in the next day they told us we should pay 224. In our 3day and final day they told us to...

Dear guest the price in the firs day was the wrong one so we decided in the last day to make a discount because of our error.

Stayed here while visiting Milan to see the football with 2 friends, decided to share a room to save costs, 3 single beds were good, although the shower in the corner of the room was very odd! Upon booking out we knew about the city tax €2 per person per night, what wasn't explained was that there was a hotel...

This is a budget hotel. Not fancy (doesn't provide bath soap, just liquid hand soap). Bring earplugs. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable (something like memory foam). We traveled in late September so there was no need for air conditioning. Front desk people were very friendly to me, but I speak Italian so they could easily talk to me...

This is hotel although from outside the building is nice and the room is clean the service is very poor. The room does have some sort of air conditioning but it is at the owner discretion , when asked about it he provide us with a fan! There are no glasses believe it or not the an hotel without glasses!...

The man on the reception who greeted us was very nice and we chatted with him regularly during our stay. However I did not enjoy the area as I didn't feel very safe, we were stopped and asked for money by an Italian man on our way home one night

Upon arrival we were very surprised with the poor check in service by a very grumpy and rude man! Then the room was the worst of it! The bed was solid and we were not given a working fan. So had to wait to exchange it for a working one. I would not recommend anybody staying here. Breakfast was ridiculous,...

Close to a metro stop, seemed liked quite a nice area but far from the centre if you wanted to walk. Nice accommodation with no frills but good price and no complaints. Was easy to find and reception was always friendly. Also got a balcony overlooking the street which was fun to sit at.

Thank Felix T
