Absolutely fantastic stay at the IQ Milano. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The lady at the beck in desk gave us so many helpful tips of the hidden fens to see and do. The rooms are spotless and modern and have everything you need. Free water in the fridge and a complimentary drink in the roof top terrace bars. The hotel is 30 mins walk to the Duomo or a quick metro ride. As you are slightly away from the centre there are plenty of great priced restaurants nearby. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, all staff very polite and helpful, breakfast more than adequate for multiple diet requirements. Room very comfortable. Definitely would return. If I would have one suggestion, maybe at least 1 English speaking channel on the TV that was not a news channel.

We stayed at the QI hotel in January 2023 for 3 night. I highly recommend this hotel, perfect for child free families. Location - perfect, very close to the railway station and metro. Service - excellent. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, cleaning service - excellent, breakfast - big range of food, very tasty. We also been invited to the spa area (sauna and jacuzzi ) - what can be better on the evening after very busy day? Thank you.

We were greeted by Elena at check-in counter early morning at 7ish. She was really friendly and helpful throughout the process. As our room wasn’t ready, Elena patiently pointed out on the map where we could go. IQ Hotel is located very close to Centrale Station which is really convenient for those who are taking inter-city trains within Italy or to other cities in Europe. It is also only a couple of stations away from Dumo. We stayed there two nights before we left for Zermatt. The buffet in the hotel was not bad but be early rather than later. Sometimes the food don’t get replenish. There is also a very good cafe just round the corner of the hotel that serves varieties of pastries and coffee. They open early too. Milan was our first stop and so first impression and experience of the city were important. We stayed here for 4 nights it served its purpose the rooms were new and not dirty there is a nice restaurant on the top floor that has direct view of the central station location is definitely really close to the station you the price is fair and front desk spoke good English

Location is really convenient, room is clean and modern, service is great. The only thing is that the walls are thin so although we couldn’t hear noise from outside, we heard from our neighbors…but all in all we had a pleasant experience for the money we paid. It was worth it, and we’ll go back.

This hotel is in a perfect location, just across the road from the Central Station, the hotel is quiet and very well furnished. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly, even assisting in booking a restaurant for us. 1 staff member even advised us on the best way to visit Lake Como and her recommendation was perfect. The rooms are very well appointed and were super quiet and the beds were super comfortable. We arrived early and our room was ready so we were able to check in and freshen up It was wonderful to return to this hotel and have a drink in the roof top bar after being out sightseeing all day. The bar staff make great cocktails and and the complimentary snack, of which there are plenty of, are delicious. The breakfast was incredible, so fresh and so much variety. I would defiantly stay here again and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting Milan. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable!…

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Milano Centrale . I was impressed! Our triple room was more than adequate with 3 comfortable twin beds. The bathroom had all the necessary features including a good strong shower. It was clean and quiet. The desk staff were friendly and courteous. The rooftop lounge was nice and had a good vibe. You could enjoy a meal or just a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast ( included in our room price) was great. Lots of good choices. The only downside was the area had limited restaurant choices and seemed to shut down early.

We booked this hotel because we were due to catch an early train to Verona, and wanted to be handy for the station. The chap on reception was friendly, and helpful, and the hotel itself is excellent. The room was very good, and there is nothing about which one would complain. The breakfast was good, and the five minute walk ti the station was as easy as we had hoped.
