Detailed Reviews
We stayed in Cuneo before travelling over the pass to France. The Hotel Ligure was a clean, friendly hotel in a very good location for the old town and cafés and restaurants. The proprietors spoke several languages. Parking wasn't a problem and we have a people carrier. Breakfasts were included and there was lots of choice. We were very pleased with this Hotel and Cuneo which is an interesting small town.

We stayed a week in a room with with a fridge and cook top and this was a bonus. The hotel is really well located and the staff were very friendly and worked very hard to make sure all aspects of our stay were as good as they could be. Provided us with maps; recommended (excellent) restaurants and places to go and things to see; helped us hire a car; ensured we had somewhere to park; and were generally very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We were here with a group and enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and will work hard to make sure your stay is nice. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, it could be a little loud but it usually wasn't too late. We had a room on the back and I think that probably is best. It is a cute hotel off the main drag and has a lot of charm. Don't expect ultra modern, rather quaint and comfortable. It is very close to the city centre and we felt like it was a great location. As in many places in Italy I found, the electricity can be a little tricky. Enjoy your stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family of 11 ( incluing 3 cihldren) spent a couple of nights in Cuneo and received a recommendation to stay at the Ligure Hotel.
Our communication began long before our arrival and we were given immediate answers to all of our questions.
The hotel is located in the center of Old Cuneo meters away from everyhting.
We were welcomed by Mrs. Claudia who received us all as if we were family.
The hotel is in an old bulding on a quaint street. We all stayed on the first floor (there is an elevator). The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and modern. Some of our rooms included a small kitchenette.
The breakfast in the morning , with delicious coffee was generous and served in a lovely dining room.
Check in and out were easy and smooth.
We hope to return!

We spent a night in a family room at hotel Ligure. The reception was very friendly, the rooms relatively large, clean and quiet. At 100 Euro/night for 4 people, the price quality ratio is very good. Breakfast is simple, apart from the coffee (which is really bad), we have no complaints about the breakfast either.
The owners are very friendly and are happy to recommend and reserve restaurants for you.

We stopped here briefly on the way back to Milan airport. Nice hotel in good location, parking is 'interesting', in that it took a few turns to get our fairly large car in. Reception very helpful, good English, made dinner recommendations which were excellent. Room was fairly basic but served a purpose, only complaint was the poor air conditioning that was controlled from the reception area and was ineffective at making the room as completely comfortable without resorting to opening the window. A fair price though, and overall would recommend

We had a quadruple room which was big & spacious with a high ceiling. The only issue was the poor air con. Breakfast was fine. There are plenty of restaurants & bars within 10 minutes walk. The service was excellent. A limited number of the staff spoke English but that was no problem at all.

Difficult to reach due to roadworks, had to drive through pedestrian area, lady from hotel sorted that out with local police, so no fine expected.
Room very small and hot, shower was tiny.
Breakfast not the best I had this trip.
Why do some hotels not dry their sheets etc well, feels cold and clammy.
