I have nothing but compliment about my stay at the Star residence except for one, English communication was difficult with some of their staff. The location is great for anyone who is arriving from Paris with a train, for the property is only a few minutes out side of the train station.

The room that we got was good for 3 pax. It was huge and spacious with high ceilings. There was also a mini-kitchen if we wanted to cook. They had a welcome note waiting for us in the room along with gianduja chocolates, which were heavenly. Good location too, as it is near the train station and this awesome pizzeria, Pizzium, where we had dinner. Definitely a good and comfortable stay.

I stayed here overnight and was very happy with my choice. Close to Torino Porto Suza station , it is a perfect location for someone travelling by rail. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by and I really appreciated the small kitchen in the room. The room was spacious and I slept well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change would be to have a hand held hairdryer as the old fashioned wall one was difficult to use. But this is a very minor point. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

I stayed in the family room with two other adults in October 2022. The service from the staff was superb and they were happy to help with any query. Also wasn’t expecting housekeeping so pleasantly surprised to come back with all the beds made, dishes done etc. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and had all the necessary cutlery and dishes we needed. Also pleasantly surprised to find a communal coffee machine which was a real bonus. Only slight criticism was our room was next to smoking area outside so could hear people talking at all hours. Note too that there’s a couple of small supermarkets nearby, a street market and a few restaurants. Would highly recommend ‘pizzium - torino duchessa jolanda’. Best pizza I’ve ever had! Overall positive experience and we would stay at the Star Residence again.…

It was my first visit to Turin. I stayed very comfortable during the days. What impressed me was the extremely clean room. I was also given a nice bicycle to use. Also thank you for introducing me to a nice restaurant.

Stunning room, excellent location, close to the Train Station Porta Susa, the best price quality ratio in my opinion. Maybe the mattress could be a bit more comfortable. there was a bit of noise outside of the street and you can listen to everything. The views were amazing. Everything was spotless. Amazing bathroom, with everything you need.

We spent 3 nights there. It was very reassuring that you are located next to the Porta Susa station. Transport in general is convenient as many systems linked together with the GTT pass. In our room, the little kitchenette is useful (fridge works great! Very important for us as we buy stuff) Only the overhead shower seemed too high for the shower door, so the water splashed a bit. However, this wasn’t an issue at all. We had a great time so thank you!

Super clean hotel, kind and helpful receptionist, WiFi properly working, good value for money. We travelled as a group of friend with a dog and we were surprised by the service. Highly recommended also for the low price compared to the level of quality provided.
