Our bed was very very comfortable, clean room and fine breakfast; quiet room even if facing the street; 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova Main railway station. Close to restaurants and bistrot, close to the very centre of town. I would recommend it, definitely.

If you could give 10 stars, I would.

Let me start by saying that the Best Western Hotel Luxor has fantastic, professional and efficient staff. Special thanks go to Francesco, Luca and Sara who, under Marco's supervision, managed my misadventure in an excellent manner, making me fully enjoy my stay in Turin.

I stayed at the Luxor over the weekend of April 25th, precisely April 24/25/26th. Having arrived in Turin after almost 5 hours by car, with 2 sleepy children, at around 10pm on the evening of the 24th, I discovered that I had made a mistake, having booked the hotel for those dates but for the following month, i.e. May! I'll let you imagine my state of mind...Considering that in those festive days, Turin was packed with tourists and there was a shortage of hotel beds.

Fortunately at the reception I found Francesco who very skillfully managed an impossible task: finding a bed for 4 people! Also managing a room change for the following evening! With Marco's intervention we also managed to use the balance of the 3 nights in May already paid for those in April.
I would like to point out that everything that the staff did for us was absolutely not to be taken for granted or obligatory, which is why I appreciated their way of managing my problem more.

In addition to wonderful people in the Best Western Hotel Luxor I found very scrupulous cleanliness, a truly rich and complete breakfast with great attention also to those with food intolerances. A very convenient private car park and a central location complete and make this Hotel one of the best if not the best Hotel to stay at if you want to fully enjoy Turin.

The hotel in question, a few steps from Porta Nuova central station, is fortunate to be located in the center, but away from the most nerve-racking and noisy nodes of the city that was the first capital of Italy.
The guaranteeing standards of the BW chain are certainly met, putting the Rating in what can be considered "the average", but the hotel would have all the cards to, if well played, reach higher ratings.
In order of "gravity":
- Unacceptable that a hotel that has rooms at the penthouse, to the same does not give the right value avoiding weeds between the tiles and in pots instead of any other green or flowering plant.
- It is now customary, so it is part of the average, the fact that now even 4-star hotels have difficulty in making concrete the concept of a double room starting from the mattress; even in this case two single mattresses combined, and without a "rag" of topper to limit discomfort.
- The "green" philosophy that is so fashionable, can not be used by hotels just to reduce their running costs; I gladly give up the daily change of sheets and sponges, or even the makeover of the room if encouraged to do so, but if the footprint of the hotel was really green, and in any case because I expect a 4star regardless, in the room, near the kettle, I can not find cellophaned paper cups, but ceramic cups, with saucer and teaspoon.
- Breakfast is average, but it would take very little to reach a higher Rating; for example, only one type of cheese available is penalizing.

Fairly central location, welcoming reception at the entrance to the structure, there is a small relaxation room in addition to the breakfast room, all located on the ground floor.
Accommodated in three people in a room located on the first floor: small room more suitable as a double, TV, air conditioning, safe and external balcony, poorly stocked mini bar, completely absent soundproofing; the bathroom is better with a large shower available, however without a window.
Among the services, for a fee, the possibility of booking an underground car park near the hotel; buffet breakfast is also extra, limited choice and unmemorable quality of products.
Staff on the whole courteous, kind and helpful.
Cost of room with tourist tax €210, parking €20, breakfast €8 per person; for the amount spent and from a four star hotel one definitely expects more.

Polite, courteous and professional staff. Noisy rooms, cleanliness needs improvement ((some hairs in the room), air conditioning adjustment, breakfast presentation! Replace uncomfortable handkerchiefs with toilet paper in the bathroom.

We stayed 2 nights for the convenience of being practically in the center of Turin and this is the added value of the structure. For the rest, the structure is a little dated but the room is good and clean even if not very large. Good welcome and kindness of the staff. Breakfast with quality products but to improve especially the savory with cold eggs and bacon and gluten-free products to ask for every time, given the level you expect something more.

Prices absolutely out of range for the quality of the hotel and the service offered; 160 euros per night for a very small single room, with no decent table, and no space for a normal suitcase. The hotel is poky, for instance in the morning the small corridors are cramped by vacuum cleaners, bags and the service ladies' trolleys. The worst was the air conditioning/heating system, which seemed to work in full autonomy, without possibility to control it, and taking the temperature down to 17 degrees (it was mid october). We asked help at the reception and the receptionist's answer was very rude.

3 bed room not very large but excellent cleanliness. The hotel is located near the station but the area is very quiet, you can reach the center in 15 minutes on foot. Good breakfast, all the staff very friendly and helpful. The paid hotel garage is very convenient. Excellent value for money.

Hotel a stone's throw from the Porta Nuova train station and a 10-minute walk from the city center. Beautiful and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, bus stop in front of the hotel, but the metro is also close because it is in front of the train station. The possibility of leaving your luggage in a special room next to the reception on the day of departure is very convenient. We had a good time at this hotel and recommend it.

Lights and shadows. Location devoid of any charm, zero heat, purely commercial. Gloomy internal environments (stairs, corridors, elevators), public housing environment. Architectural barriers everywhere. Spacious, comfortable room, good sleep quality, discreet cleanliness. Questionable service (room not made up upon return in the afternoon, inconvenience compensated with a discount on the cost of the garage). Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Central and convenient location for travel. Value for money: average for Turin. Recommended for a short stay and especially for a commercial stay.
