It is centrally located, within walking distance to everywhere. Clean throughout, very good service, excellent breakfast. Our Deluxe Double Room was very pleasant, with an excellent bed but with a dated bathroom – cramped shower in the bathtub, no vanity mirror (the one in the bathroom was always misted after a shower), and no ventilation. The nights were cold in October, but there was no central heating.
We only spent one night in Torino, and this hotel was lovely. Room was comfortable, and plenty of lobby seating for meeting with friends. Easy to navigate around the city from here. Breakfast was quite good, with lots of choices on the buffet. WiFi speed was spectacular. Hotel staff accommodating.
Everything is top class. The staff, the room, the restaurant, the location. The politeness, professionalism and service level of the staff is outstanding. You feel welcome and apprecitated no matter who you talk to at the hotel. On top of that the atmosphere and lay out all over the hotel is fantastic.
There’s plenty to enjoy at Grand Hotel Sitea, from its food, comfort, impeccable and discreet service, amazing art on the walls and absolute luxury. Its location is so central, you can't get any better. It's Italian luxury at its best, from the gastronomy, to the amenities and large rooms. The best in Torino.
Our third visit and superb service, well appointed spacious rooms and a delightful location. This is one of the best top hotels. Special mention to the bar manager of long standing who personifies the excellence of this hotel. A real pleasure to stay here and next time we shall be with our Jack Russel terrier who will be equally welcome.
This hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the city. All of the main attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance of the hotel. Our room was luxurious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was well equipped with a great shower and a superb jacuzzi bath. The staff here are excellent, so helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed with Virginia and Marco. There was a slight mix up with my dinner reservation and they dealt with it superbly. The food was very good as was the service. The only thing the hotel is missing is a swimming pool, although I understand the logistics for this are difficult in a city centre. I would definitely stay here again if I was to visit Turin. Thanks to all the staff for a thoroughly pleasant stay.
We're staying for 3 nights with full breakfast included. It is situated in the heart of downtown Turin - safe and comfortable! The hotel has a spacious lobby where you can sit with your best friend or with a group of friends. It also has a backyard court with seating space for many, with the special feature of 5 friendly tortoises to keep you entertained. The rooms are spacious with all amenities included. The shower options are plenty, including a rain showerhead that is hard to abandon. The full breakfast includes fresh fruits, breakfast meats and egg options, roasted vegetables, croissants, pastries, breads, cereals and most importantly, delicious cappuccino! Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. A delightful stay!
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and spoke great English. Full service white-tablecloth breakfast with a huge spread of choices. Kids had a rollaway and pullout couch. Comfy beds and elegant rooms, extremely clean. Walk to the Egyptian Museum from here, and tons of restaurants nearby--a true gem of Turin!
We stayed for four nights in the Classic Suite, room 429. I think this is the one and only suite in the hotel. It was spacious by European standards. The photos on the hotel's web site are accurate. The bathroom has two sinks, toilet, bidet, bathtub and shower. There is a closet/dressing room that you walk through from the bedroom to the bathroom. The windows are interior-facing, so it's very quiet. Breakfast was very nice, served in two attractive rooms. Their coffee (Americano) was great. The staff was very helpful. They suggested a tour guide (Carlotta Muti) who was terrific, and pointed us to a nice nearby pharmacy for our Covid tests which were required before our trip back to the U.S.. We had to check out at 6:00 a.m. and they had our car ready to go outside the door. Overall, we thought it was a good buy for the money.…
Beautiful food in the Michelin starred restaurant; nice hotel; very helpful staff but the tiniest room I have ever stayed in - fractionally smaller than a prison cell; though far more luxurious and tasteful.
