This mid-sized hotel offers an excellent central location, lovely traditional décor, perfectly appointed rooms, helpful and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and a very high charm factor. Four star yet still quite luxurious in standard. Clientele comprised of Italian and other Europeans, with a very few Americans sprinkled in. Nice cosmopolitan feel overall. Turin is a terrific destination - wonderful shopping,...

We went to the Hotel Victoria for Thanksgiving, and let me tell you, it was something else. The service at the concierge was very good, as they always made sure to help you to the best of their abilities. Personally, I loved the candy they had, but make sure you take the lemon/limon flavor, because that's fantastic. For kids 15...

Hotel Victoria is great for a relaxing stay in Italy. The service was good, and the reception was extremely helpful recommending restaurants and getting rides, etc. We ordered some room service and it was not the best food, the caprese was okay. However, if you like spas, this place is perfect. The setting of the spa is beautiful, with an...

Great service from large friendly staff. Breakfast is one of the best if not the best hotel buffets I have had. Rooms are European smallish but well equipped and they are, most importantly, quiet. I'd stay again. (You might avoid 403, Layout is a little off with a view of the bathroom straight from the beds,)

I travel a lot and my experience at this hotel was superb. The reception staff, led by Elena, could not have been more helpful. This included lending me cash so that I could send a parcel from the post office! It is a beautiful hotel with many living rooms, so that although it is large, it seems intimate in design....

We had a very enjoyable stay at this well located hotel. The hotel had wonderful service, excellent buffet breakfast and a lovely lounge for pre-dinner drinks. The hotel is decorated with a lot of care and the views out the windows are beautiful. This is a beautiful hotel for enjoying a wonderful city. We were able to have interesting walks...

Charming hotel located 2 minutes walk from the central Piazza San Carlo. The rooms are quite vast, many of them with bath, some of them with showers only, if you're lucky you can have the one with the huge terrace. Queen bed, 4 pillows, dressing gown. The breakfast is just perfect, served in the garden in spring/summer. A nice little...

Nice location in an area with a great choice of restaurants from highly-rated upmarket to simple street-food bistros. The hotel generously gave me a discount on the cost of my stay when a couple of little things went wrong. Previous reviewers have said that the decor is dated but I thought the spacious public rooms were warm and welcoming with...

Hotel Victoria is very well located for visiting all parts of the city and there were some great restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, especially Francesco, who offered to be our personal guide to the White Truffle Festival in Alba, driving us there, showing us the beautiful villages and wine region around Alba, and...

There were several issues wrong with this hotel. One issue (that I will not mention because it was not the hotels fault and had no influence to my decision on rating it 1 star) 1) Hotel was old/outdated and needed to be brought up to the times (even if they wanted to keep that vintage look, there's ways to keep...
