Enjoy your stay in Turin!
I stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel is a charm! The location is ideal. The rooms were clean and elegant. The decor was magnificent. The spa is simply out of the world. The breakfast was one of the best. If you are in Turino, you gotta stay here.
First the hotel is situated on a perfect spot in Turin. A lot of restaurants and little cafes within 300 meters. You can park your car at the hotel for €25 per night. The bartender is very nice and friendly But.. - having the airconditioning on in the room with the sound of an airplane that’s disappointing , and it was too hot in the room to leave it off. - €30 euro for a GT and an Aperol Spritz is too well paid, just say too expensive, it’s just one drink each - the waitresses and waiters when you have breakfast can be more friendly Coming back to Turin yes, but in another hotel.
The hotel is good, the rooms are very nice, the area is quiet and in the very centre of the city, Porta Nuova station is a 10 minute walk away. The bar is special with nice choice of drinks. The spa is nice and confortable. The bedsheets are clean, the garden is cozy, everything is its right place. But I would recommend Hotel Victoria for the exceptional quality of their staff. Every single person working there - from breakfast to goodnight has actually given their very best to make our staying comfortable (and I may be a demanding customer, I know). It's hospitality at its highest level, discreet and welcoming at the same time.
Paid EUR 414.-- / night. Since the first day I had no air condition in the sleeping room. Talked to the reception upon my arrival at least 6 times. Slept very bad during two days because of no air condition. Room situated last floor and thermal sensation over 30'. IN ADDITION VERY UNCONFORTABLE BED. Notified during breakfast to a waiter that I found some expired rusks. The juices are like colored water. First day no fruit salad already at 9h30...
Wonderful quaint hotel, not pretentious and very comfortable close to the city center. Rooms are very comfortable, no noise at night, good rest room, shower with good pressure. Rooms do not have a coffee machine or fridge. The television is rather small. Nevertheless I would read these rooms is better than average. Breakfast is more than adequate with delicious fresh croissants and bread. Fruits, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, sweets, fruits. You can have regular coffee or order a cappuccino or espresso. Service was very good. The hotel has a spa and sauna, which unfortunately was closed for cleaning the day I visited. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a visit in Turin and I personally look forward coming back soon.
What a lovely, peaceful hotel. Great location, bright and pleasant rooms, everything so calm and quiet and a fabulous spa. There is an excellent choice of restaurants within a five minute walk. This is very good value for money and we enjoyed the hotel so much we are going back for a couple of nights next week.
We stayed in the hotel Victoria for 2 nights. Nice hotel great location in the middle of it all. By car don't check in, in morning since is in a ZTL area and a nasty ticket will find you. Parking close to the hotel and 40% discounted by Victoria hotel which is good. The rooms had a nice size, view to the courtyard, the hotel is very nice, great décor, very classy, clean, breakfast very good, Staff at the breakfast room extra, super nice. Check at night with a gentleman that is rude, unpolite and arrogant, not a nice welcome, but that's him, who cares In the day the only nice person is BRUNA, i think she is a manager or something like that, she is nice, answers all questions, she is great. The spa, is so pretty with Egyptian decoration, is great, the lady that is the is not that great but is ok, apparently you cant swim in Italy in a pool unless you have a swimming cap, we were told "IS THE LAW IN ITALY," So we could only use the Jacuzzi and the Sauna. Needless to say that all the other hotels in Italy that we went with indoor pool did not have that "LAW" it looks that the LAW is only applicable at Hotel Victoria!? In any case is a nice hotel, recommended and would go there again.…
Wonderful settings in the very heart of the city. Cosy and comfortable, nicely decorated and impeccably kept. Very well observed COVID safety measures, but delivered with a smile. Amazing Spa for such a family-type hotel.
A wonderful hotel, perfectly located in Torino's city centre. The hotel has a classic feel, charmingly traditional. The staff is extremey professional and friendly. We travelled with our dog and he also received a very warm welcome, with biscuits, bowls, a welcome note and a very comfy bed. Our room was spacious and elegantly furnished and the marble bathroom was impeccable. The hotel also has a lovely courtyard where we enjoyed our breakfast. I definitely recommed staying here while in Turin.
Turin has the largest museum dedicated to ancient Egypt outside Cairo. It is world class. The Victoria Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is comfortable and reasonably quiet (the front is in a traffic free area). Breaksfast is taken in a tree-filled courtyard. There is a spa and decent public areas. There is no restaurant but the reception will point you to a good local trattoria. Parking is available nearby. The staff are friendly and the decor, whilst a little old-fashioned, is pleasant and clean. A good relaxing place to stay for visiting the sights of Turin.
