Visited for a 3 night stay between 19th January and 22nd January. We arrived at 10:30am a few hours before the usual check in of 3pm, this wasn’t a problem and we were given a complimentary coffee while we waited 15 minutes for our room to be ready. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and a reasonable size. Breakfast was a plenty and of good quality with a wide selection of different food types to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. We used the spa facilities and these were outstanding with a pool, two jacuzzi, two steam rooms and a sauna as well as having complimentary fruit and drinks. The service throughout our stay was helpful and friendly and prices were fair if not cheap for what the hotel has to offer if you are in Turin for business or pleasure this is your place to stay.

We wanted something special to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and this place was perfect. Downstairs is very smart with a small cosy fire place and bar. Thebreakfast room is light and airy and the buffet was amazing:cakes, baked apple and isual cooked or continental. We had a deluxe room which was stylish with ensuite bath area. Free mini bar and touches like own bath robes.

I really liked the SPA (I booked this hotel mainly for the SPA). I also liked the reception staff and the SPA staff (5/5 for the reception and the SPA staff). On the contrary, the breakfast staff were a bit rude. I give a mark of 1/5 to the breakfast staff. The room is correct, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and unavailable most of the time. But at reception, the Wi-Fi was functional. The air conditioning in my room was noisy. I'd like to point out that the room was very well cleaned every day (nothing was missing: towels, soaps, bottles of water, etc.).

First the hotel is situated on a perfect spot in Turin. A lot of restaurants and little cafes within 300 meters. You can park your car at the hotel for €25 per night.
The bartender is very nice and friendly

But..
- having the airconditioning on in the room with the sound of an airplane that’s disappointing , and it was too hot in the room to leave it off.
- €30 euro for a GT and an Aperol Spritz is too well paid, just say too expensive, it’s just one drink each
- the waitresses and waiters when you have breakfast can be more friendly

Coming back to Turin yes, but in another hotel.

We had a great stay here. The photos don't do the hotel justice - it's bright and clean, and the spa is fantastic.

Location is excellent for exploring the city, but despite the central location, it was so quiet and peaceful - and our stay was great value.

Really enjoyed the breakfast and we had a classic room which had a balcony which was a lovely surprise. Plus, a free late check out.

The only thing we'd flag is that you have to book a spot in the spa, so you need to do a bit of planning rather than going along when you fancy. But, this did mean it was always really quiet, and we got the slots we wanted most of the time.

It's a really minor point, because for the price, location and ambience, this hotel is a must for a break in Turin!

The hotel is centrally located, so within walking distance to restaurants, the shopping area and the centre of Turin with some of its most remarkable sights including the Mole (a tower from which you can see Turin). It is also close to the river Po and a huge park. The hotel staff was very friendly, always willing to assist.

The breakfast was rich - there was something for everybody and we could also sit outside in a lovely garden. The room was clean (as well as the hotel) and provided toiletries in the bathroom that even some 5* hotels do not provide anymore. My room had a small balcony although facing the east but it was nice. The TV was in Italian only (as far as I noticed) which was rather strange but did not matter to me as I was always out and about discovering the city. Wi-fi fast and reliable. I can only recommend it.

And, the weather played along - the whole time we had 25C or so.

The hotel is good, the rooms are very nice, the area is quiet and in the very centre of the city, Porta Nuova station is a 10 minute walk away. The bar is special with nice choice of drinks. The spa is nice and confortable.

The bedsheets are clean, the garden is cozy, everything is its right place.

But I would recommend Hotel Victoria for the exceptional quality of their staff. Every single person working there - from breakfast to goodnight has actually given their very best to make our staying comfortable (and I may be a demanding customer, I know). It's hospitality at its highest level, discreet and welcoming at the same time.

We stayed in the hotel Victoria for 2 nights.
Nice hotel great location in the middle of it all. By car don't check in, in morning since is in a ZTL area and a nasty ticket will find you. Parking close to the hotel and 40% discounted by Victoria hotel which is good.
The rooms had a nice size, view to the courtyard, the hotel is very nice, great décor, very classy, clean, breakfast very good, Staff at the breakfast room extra, super nice.
Check at night with a gentleman that is rude, unpolite and arrogant, not a nice welcome, but that's him, who cares
In the day the only nice person is BRUNA, i think she is a manager or something like that, she is nice, answers all questions, she is great.
The spa, is so pretty with Egyptian decoration, is great, the lady that is the is not that great but is ok, apparently you cant swim in Italy in a pool unless you have a swimming cap, we were told "IS THE LAW IN ITALY," So we could only use the Jacuzzi and the Sauna.
Needless to say that all the other hotels in Italy that we went with indoor pool did not have that "LAW" it looks that the LAW is only applicable at Hotel Victoria!?
In any case is a nice hotel, recommended and would go there again.

What a lovely, peaceful hotel. Great location, bright and pleasant rooms, everything so calm and quiet and a fabulous spa.
There is an excellent choice of restaurants within a five minute walk. This is very good value for money and we enjoyed the hotel so much we are going back for a couple of nights next week.

Wonderful quaint hotel, not pretentious and very comfortable close to the city center. Rooms are very comfortable, no noise at night, good rest room, shower with good pressure. Rooms do not have a coffee machine or fridge. The television is rather small. Nevertheless I would read these rooms is better than average. Breakfast is more than adequate with delicious fresh croissants and bread. Fruits, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, sweets, fruits. You can have regular coffee or order a cappuccino or espresso. Service was very good. The hotel has a spa and sauna, which unfortunately was closed for cleaning the day I visited. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a visit in Turin and I personally look forward coming back soon.

The parking is only for 4 cars, so you need to book in advance. BUT please advise the hotel what car you have becuase the entance to the garage and the 4 spaces below might be tight for a family van or large vehicle.
