Stayed here on a business trip, when I had a terrible cold. The staff were nice, the breakfast very good, and the room really comfortable with a great shower. It has some nice common areas to allow you to escape your room, and is conveniently located for exploring the city center on foot. I very much enjoyed my stay in...

We booked this hotel mainly because it was one of the few available when we visited Torino right after the Olympic games. (Actually, the ParaOlympics were taking place at that time, thus the scarcity of rooms.) While the room was very clean and nicely appointed, we found the staff to be indifferent almost to the point of rudeness. I would...

The location is great - easy walk to Via Roma and shopping, cafes, etc. The hotel itself is nice enough. Very large lounge area that was nice to relax in. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and shower and overlooked the courtyard gardens (we booked a deluxe room). The biggest drawback was the breakfast. They tout it as...

I am nearing the end of my one week stay here at Hotel Victoria in Turin, Italy, and I must say, I've been thoroughly disappointed. The staff have been wholely unhelpful, almost indifferent, to their guests. The room I'm staying in has no real shower, except a detachable shower head at thigh height in a bathtub. I can handle taking...

Incredibly rude reception staff; I was very disappointed by everything concerning this hotel after reading the good reviews hear. I would recommend looking elsewhere in the city of Torino.

Despite being in the centre of the city the Hotel Victoria is a most relaxing place to stay. The recent refurbishments have greatly improved the amenities, particularly the breakfast room and adjoining courtyard. The splendid subterranean spa is also an added attraction and at no extra cost to guests is very popular with business guests and tourists alike. Children, under...

The deluxe rooms were great value and almost a home away from home. The owners are clearly proud of their product and care for it in a very intimate fashion which is now almost lost in the larger names. Room 511 has two double bed rooms, a decent size reception room and two bath rooms. A quick elevator ride and...

This is one of the best hotels I have experienced in Italy. The rooms and common areas are nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast is among the best I have seen anywhere, with top-quality fresh fruits and juices, yoghurts, etc. The people working there are invariably friendly, and involved. It is right in the historic center, yet quiet at night,...

My wife and I stayed 6 days at Victoria Hotel in Turin in October 2006. It was our second visit. We stayed there in 2004. We enjoyed both visits very much. The staff speaks English and very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast is very sumptuous. The hotel is close to the train station, University and shopping areas. KRD and MW
