Poor quality toiletries, poor breakfast options, extremely hard bed and pillows, with no pillow menu, all in all not worthy of it's five star rating. There are no information brochures in the room, leaving us bewildered by the lighting and air conditioning systems. There is no complimentary bottled water or hospitality tray, but there is an extremely expensive room service menu....

This place was fantastic ! Immaculately clean room, fantastic breakfast spread, and attentive staff. The location was so central and as we were leaving for Switzerland on a train it was perfect to have Ports Nuova just down the street! Also the entire hotel smells terrific! There are reed diffusers everywhere, this was truest a great touch. 10/10 would stay...

The hotel is in the center of the city, 5-10 minutes from a great choice of cafes and restaurants. Egyptian Museum, Piazza Castello, Mole Antonelliana, Royal Palace of Turin are just a few blocks from the hotel.

Quiet, but yet central location, walking distance to most shops, famous piazzas and restaurants. Top floors have perfect views over the city. Rooms have nice modern decoration, although we found our bed and pillows a bit hard to sleep on. Staff is very friendly, but not enough for a 5-star hotel.

A romantic stay at this hotel with a family-run feel and a sense of nostalgia for a previous era. Modern aspects add comfort but the charm is the sense of old decadence and slow moving lifestyle. You can imagine a rich widow living here as a permanent resident.

A Grand and proud hotel with tradition and modern spacious rooms with huge bathrooms that feel more like a suite so you feel really spoiled. The staff are really friendly and helpful which lends to the experience. Very centrally located and close to Porto nuevo (6 euro taxi to Porto susa) The breakfast buffet was varied enough and included some...

Depending on who you're here to visit on business it's a great location to be, seemed to down town. Dinner was good at the ground floor restaurant, but room service really wasn't worth ordering. Rooms were comfy and large had a suite room 202, shower is powerful, but figuring out how to get it hot was a little confusing. Its...

Huge spacy room that was extremely comfortable. The bar is comfortably fitted out and really well suited to hang around with friends for a drink. Above all the hotel id dead centre and within walking distance of shopping and some of Torino's best restaurants.

When we book a hotel with a 5 star category, we expect some comfort. The bed and pillows were hard and the bed covers are clearly low quality, not breathable materials.
